Three Bears Lodge features Air Hockey, Foosball, hot tub, wood burning fire place, and smart home technology with automated lights, door locks, and coffee maker Nest security system, thermostats, and security cameras outside. A Google mesh wifi system throughout the house for consistently strong wifi access, plus 4 Google Home hubs and 3 Google home mini's throughout the house. Thought you heard a bear outside? Say "Hey Google, show me the front door" and the camera will display on the Home Hub. Ready to call it a night? Simply say "Hey Google, goodnight" and let Google turn off all the lights, lock the doors, set the security system, and adjust the thermostat for you. No muss, no fuss. Have a question about local attractions, or tired of looking up the wifi password? Just ask Google. We've pre-loaded tons of concierge questions we think our sojourners might have. And if there's any questions we've missed, just let us know and we'll be happy to add that to our system. There's also a dedicated kiosk to let you know what events are taking place locally. Live bands, wine tastings, arts and craft shows, and much more all at your fingertips. And if you like, you can always ask Google!
Three3Bears Lodge is huge, with 2,950 sq ft living and 3 bedroom, 2 full baths. Two king beds, 3 single beds, and a queen sofa sleeper ensures that no one gets left behind. Sleeping a whopping 9 people under a single roof! Master suite on the main floor with attached bathroom and stone walk in shower. Beautiful and comfortable cork flooring throughout the main level. Large chef's kitchen with an island as well as a large dining area and info center. The spacious re-modeled kitchen is huge and has granite counter tops all around. The huge living room is more than inviting with wood burning stove, cathedral ceiling and plenty of large windows to let in that gorgeous Smokey Mountain sunshine. Upstairs are two gigantic bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. You have to see it in person to understand the space and possibilities! The huge wrap-around porch is perfect for those who enjoy the beauty, sights and sounds, of the Great Smoky Mountains!

You'll have access to Uber, Taxis, or You can board our trolleys at more than 100 locations throughout the City of Gatlinburg. Anywhere you see the Street Trolley sign you're just minutes away from climbing aboard.
While we welcome guests of all ages, we only allow well seasoned guest over the age of 25 to secure the booking. Government ID's are also required to be uploaded to the Airbnb platform in order for booking.
