Located in the Guana Cay Settlement ( yet secluded among swaying palms ). Brand new furnishings and appliances. Covered patio with BBQ grill.
Walk to Nippers, Grabbers, Kidd's Cove, Grocery and Liquor Store, Dive shop/boat rentals- or rent a golf cart to explore more of the island. The Nauti Mermaid is in the heart of it all without the commotion of being 'in town'.

This charming cottage is just steps from the beach. Located in the settlement of Guana Cay, it is within walking distance of the ferry dock, grocery store, marina, dive shop, liquor store, Grabbers, Nippers, Kidd's Cove- and yet is off the beaten path.

What makes this property unique

Less expensive than a hotel room on Guana but with so many more amenities including beach access, full kitchen , separate bedroom, full bath , patio and Barbecue grill!
