Cozy street facing room with King sized bed and sleeper sofa. Located in a beachside, laid-back resort that is 2.9 miles north of the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Bandshell and 6 miles from Riviera Country Club golf course, and 8 miles from the Daytona International airport.

Located just 2 miles south of our resort is The Daytona Lagoon, Family-friendly water park with go-karts, mini-golf, an arcade, laser tag & a climbing wall.

Resort is directly across from and large shopping plaza with a Dollar Tree, Bealls outlet, Public grocery store, beach shops, ice cream parlor, and some other clothing shops, a Denny's restaurant and many other eating options.

This unit is located in a resort. We are at the mercy of the resort's rules. Please be aware they may close the pool during inclement weather, and the tiki bar may not be open during the slow weekdays.

Room sleeps 3 adults (pull out sleeper is queen size) or a family of 4 plus an infant. The room is 309 sq ft. No more than 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant allowed in this sized room as it is a violation of the fire code.

We will message you a door code prior to arrival for access to the room. We are private owners and not supported by the front desk. Keycard and parking pass will be in the room. We only have 1 keycard and if it is lost we charge $150 for a replacement fee.
All guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age if you are new to VRBO or have no prior reviews.

This room is privately owned and is not under the assistance of the resort. There is no daily housekeeping. If you have problems with your keycard please let me know The front desk does not manage this unit. If you have a question please message me.
We ask that you treat our things as you would your own. Please hang wet towels in the shower. Do not lay them on the furniture or against other towels as the colors may bleed. Drink coasters are provided for your use to protect furniture. We also ask that you please do not microwave any of the plastic bowls or plates. We have provided glass for that purpose.
Upon departure please wash any dishes used and clean coffee maker. Empty refrigerator and throw away all trash in the garbage cans located in the garage.

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!
