The Lilac Suite located in our Historic Hyde House Bed & Breakfast is the perfect romantic getaway for any couple or family of 4 visiting the beautiful Hocking Hills State Parks and nearby attractions. The Lilac Suite is a beautiful first floor bedroom with a King-sized, Double-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Wake up to the delicious smell of a home cooked breakfast. Spend the day exploring and experiencing all Hocking Hills and Wayne National Forest. Visit some of our favorite local restaurants to wine and dine. Come back to enjoy a relaxing night where you can unwind and soothe tired muscles in the warm Jacuzzi. No matter the reason for your getaway, at the Hyde House Bed & Breakfast you will feel like you are home away from home.
Guests are just a short drive to Hocking College, Hocking Hills State Parks, Lake Hope State Park, and Ohio University. Stay at our beautiful National Register Victorian House to explore, experience, and enjoy all nearby attractions in Athens, Logan, and Nelsonville, Ohio.

During the winter holidays, the Hyde House is decorated extravagantly with 5 foot tall nutcrackers, a beautiful custom built wooden sleigh for Santa & Christmas presents, and Christmas décor all throughout the inside of the home. The Hyde House Bed & Breakfast has been showcased during “Nelsonville’s Tour of Homes.”
