Our charming 3 story town home is located on Norris Lake. Our town home is your perfect place to get away from it all. Breathe in fresh air and enjoy the magnificent views overlooking Norris Lake from your beautiful 3 level rear deck that is partially covered, large table and seating. Our home easily sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, with 2 Queen size beds and a king and an extra king in the basement. We even have a nice blow up mattress for a couple more people. There are 2 full bathrooms and a half bath on the main floor. Completely furnished kitchen with everything needed for your stay (cookware, coffee maker, microwave, dishware, utensils), washer/dryer, living room with 50” flat screen TV (Hulu/Netflix). Wifi is available in the town home. Parking for your car by the home and a spot for trailors on the way in the drive.

Our town house is located above Springs Marina and Resort, a full-service marina and restaurant for all your boating and dining needs during your stay. They offer boat rentals, life vests, ski rope & skis, tubes, etc. Norris Lake offers a variety of exciting fishing from striped bass to catfish. Want to play golf? We are 4 minutes from the entrance to Deerfield golf course. You will pass it on your way in to our street.

Nice for a family stay

We were in the area for a wedding and this townhome fit our needs very well. The downstairs area is sort of unfinished (there was nowhere to put clothes and the bedding was not super comfortable), but for a weekend at the lake it would be great. The home was clean and well stocked, and the outdoor spaces are nice. The owners were great at communicating with us.

The photos do not do this condo justice!! The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with every pot/pan or utensil one would ever need!! We enjoyed our evenings on the deck. Thanks for the great stay!

Norris Lake vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the condo was comfortable. The kitchen was very complete, and having a nice gas grill was a big plus for us. We'd recommend your condo to any of our friends looking to go to Norris Lake.
