About this property

Brand New Modern Guest House in the perfect Location. Safe, and comfortable.

Built in 2019 this modern 2-bedroom apartment is the nicest rental in the historic east side of Kalispell. Located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Kalispell and a 3-block walk from Main Street. 20 minutes from Flathead Lake, 30 minutes from Whitefish Mountain Resort and Blacktail Mountain. Quiet historical neighborhood. Perfect for traveling nurses, business professionals or those that want to enjoy Kalispell and Whitefish. State of the art appliances and large televisions in every room add to make a relaxing trip. AC/heat provides by mini split system. The attached heated garage makes coming and going a breeze. Take a walk and read the historical placards in the yards of the east side homes that describe the history of each home. I built this property to provide a comfortable, quiet experience for travelers.

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. The unit is very comfortable, clean, adorable and is located within walking distance of many businesses, stores and restaurants in Kalispell. We would recommend this rental to anyone!

A week at Glacier

This property was ideal for the two of us. It was clean and well stocked and was very comfortable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property. The location made it easy to get around Kalispell and to find the stores and restaurants around us. Ryan, the property manager, was great and easy to communicate with. He answered the couple of questions we had quickly and completely.

This 2-bedroom apartment was a comfy home away from home for 10 days in early Sept. 2025. Lots of restaurants just a short walk through a cool neighborhood. We used all the amenities from the washer/dryer to the fridge. They work perfectly. Kalispell is central to lots of good stuff from the rodeo, to Glacier National Park, to the airport, to many outdoor activities. Ryan takes care to keep this apartment in top shape. btw - the garage was a surprising convenience.

Great Host and Great Property

We met the owner the day of check in. He was super helpful with showing us how everything worked, electronics, washer and dryer, dishwasher etc. He made several recommendations on restaurants, grocery stores and places to hike and see nature. He also is very responsive with his phone and is easily accessible for any questions. I’m in the real estate business and this is also how I do business. I would go out of my way to rent from him again. Thanks!
