Charming cottage***** for 8 people (ideal for two families) built in an old building located in a magnificent renovated and landscaped "square" farmyard.
Courtyard side: a small furnished terrace framed by vines and rosebushes.
Garden side: a large terrace paved with old terracotta equipped for 8 to 10 people. Electric awning, barbecue. Direct access to the swimming pool. Privacy preserved. The OUSTAL and its 115 m² can comfortably accommodate 8 people with four bedrooms (2 L160 beds, 4 L90 beds), 3 bathrooms with shower, 3 WCs, a large living room with wood stove, TV/TNT, DVD player, WI-FI access, dining room, beautiful fitted kitchen, linen room. Baby equipment on request.
High-end contemporary furniture and neat decoration.
Equipment of the property, to be shared with the Manor and the PICHONNA: large meadow with fishing pond, heated and secure swimming pool, tennis with reservation panel, pétanque court. All comfort for a stay combining calm, comfort and prestige.
Rental possible all year round (central underfloor heating).
If necessary, a capacity of 9 or 10 people, the COLOMBIER (parental suite for one or two people) can be rented in addition to the OUSTAL.
Sheets and towels (and swimming pool) provided as an option.

Gîte accueillant, très bien pensé, meubles de qualité, extérieurs immenses, grande piscine, nombreuses visites et activités dans un rayon de 50km : des vacances de rêve, la semaine est passée très vite ! Je n'oublie pas l'accueil +++ d'Olivier. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Superbe séjour au calme dans une très belle propriété
Nous avons passé un séjour excellent dans ce très beau domaine très bien restauré avec le charme de l'ancien. Le domaine permet de se reposer au calme et de profiter des multiples activités comme la piscine, la pêche, le tennis...et des alentours avec de belles marches à faire et des châteaux à visiter. Gîte fonctionnel avec machine à laver et sèche linge très pratiques ainsi que le linge fourni. Literie de qualité. Enfin accueil très sympathique des propriétaires disponibles et discrets, merci , nous reviendrons !

Mooi,goed verzorgd huis.
Mooi huis met fantastisch zwembad en mooie tennisbaan. Alles zeer zorgvuldig en goed onderhouden. Mooi landelijk maar zeer rustig gebied, weinig tot geen toerisme in deze streek.
