Newly renovated 2/2 beach condo with spectacular views. New Kitchen, appliances, floors and furniture. Ocean view from living room and master bedroom. Fall asleep listing to the gentle waves come ashore. Also has great views of the river on the west side of unit. Great for watching sunsets. Renters have access to not only THE BEACH, but 2 large pools, Club house and gym. Great quiet location. However, Popular restaurant/ bar 12 minute walk down the beach with live entertainment on the weekends. 90 day minimum rental. Guest must be approved by HOA.

One of our best winters

This is a wonderful place to spend the winter. The beauty of the ocean just outside is beyond measure. The condo is beautiful and easy to live in. We could not have been more pleased.
