House with pool in the Gard

Welcome to the South of France and its sun!

Our villa is located in Provence, 10 minutes from Nîmes known for its Roman history, 20 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 40 minutes from the Camargue and the sea, 1 hour from the Cevennes, with its rivers & walks in the forest.

Villa close to the village, where we find all amenities and a market with local products every Wednesday morning- Bakery, Bar-Tobacco, Tea Room, Intermarché 300m,
Health side: Pharmacy - Medical practice - Dentist - Veterinary at 300m -

Our villa of 90m ² on ground of 650m ² gives you a nice space of life with kitchen opened on the stay.

Kitchen equipped with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, gas hob + hood, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker + espresso machine.

Kitchen open to the living / dining room, which includes:
- Living room with XXL corner sofa, coffee table, TV stand. Concerning the equipments, you will find a TV of 145cm with optical fiber, PS4 provided with games, Books and BD, radio.
- Dining room with a dining table + 4 chairs, a sideboard.

Separated and air-conditioned sleeping area: 3 bedrooms
- A bedroom with double bed, dressing room and TV, with French window onto terrace
- A bedroom with double bed, TV + dresser
- A bedroom with a single bed, storage and desk.
- A bathroom, with walk-in shower, double washbasin, towel dryer and storage column. 2 towels per person are provided.

Outside, plot of 650m ² with a terrace of 45m ² adjoining the house, on which you will find a garden dinning room with 6 chairs, a barbecue WEBER + storage cabinet.
Garden with lemon tree and olive trees.
Pool side: Fully fenced pool beach, where you will find a pool house, with bar, and garden furniture with corner sofa. The pool measures 3m5 x 7m.
Side parking, an indoor parking space + outdoor parking in front of the villa.

SURROUNDINGS AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES:

Nimes, known for its Roman history: Arènes de Nimes, Maison Carrée, Jardins de la Fontaine.
The river (Gardon) is 20 minutes only: Ideal to cool off and enjoy a canoe ride passing under the Pont du Gard.
Finally, the doors of the Camargue then the Saintes Maries de la Mer, or the Grau du Roi, the Grande Motte are less than an hour.
On the city side, Montpellier and Avignon with its famous bridge are 30 minutes away, or a must-see village, Les Baux de Provence, for guaranteed immersion in the heart of Provence, with its typical narrow streets and small shops!
