Excellent finishes and modernly furnished with all the comforts and accessories, free wifi, digital TV and satellite hosts a family with children or 2 + 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, guests always welcome free up to 14 years.

Lovely place in a great location

This quiet place is only a block from the sea, and a block from an excellent gelato place and a grocery and close to FCO airport - a great place to relax at the beginning or end of your trip to Italy

Beautiful place but ….

The space is very good, kitchen is larger than most we stayed in while touring Italy. There dining & living room area is perfect for two. Wifi is spotty (and had to repetitively ask for the password), and cell coverage is poor in the apartment.. Despite stating cool in the summer without air conditioning, unfortunately this is not what we experienced. To open the windows or doors meant you would be eaten alive by mosquitoes so you either suffered with being over heated or by the itchiness of numerous bites. There are no screens on the windows or doors. Loved the beaches that went on forever! The restaurants are limited once the summer period is over. This is a fishing village - the restaurants serve fish! Fish appies, fish pasta, fish main dish - there is no dish without fish (no chicken, no pork, no beef - so be prepared to enjoy no variety). That being said, most of the fish dishes we ate were wonderful. We never did meet the hostess however she did arrange for the gate and house key to be available when we arrived. Communication was very limited. The apartment is conveniently very close to the Leonardo di Vinci Aeroporto. The apartment is very quiet despite the number of planes. Overall - good location, good size for two, but communications and screenings for mosquitoes need to be addressed.

This was for us perfect.

The owner speaks English and was very helpful. Gave us lots of info and is very friendly. For those who want a quiet place near the beach with easy access to Rome via bus and subway a little over 1 hr. About 20 mins to the airport. We would love to stay again .

Spacious apartment with small terrace and backyard. We got bigger apartment than reserved in advance, early check-in and late check-out were all very much appreciated. There were few toys and a babycot for our 2 year old daughter. Good soundproof, no trouble from airplanes inside. Hostess, Lillina, was very helpful along the way. Close to the beach.

A good experience is not only about the location, but also about the people. I experienced during my 3 month stay the most loving, supporting Italian hospitality by my hosts one could wish for. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, mit guter Ausstattung und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Zum Strand waren es nur 100m. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen ist auch in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Ein richtiger Supermarkt ist in 2 km Entfernung vorhanden. Focene ist ein kleiner Badeort. Wer was erleben will oder abends flanieren möchte, sollte sich allerdings was anderes suchen. Wer aber Entspannung, Erholung mit viel Strandgängen sucht, dem können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Mooi appartement en erg rustig. Geen last van het vliegveld. Auto staat veilig binnen de poort. Eigenaresse erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het strand is om de hoek. Klein winkeltje in de straat verkoopt bijna alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook patisserie en groentewinkeltje en pizzeria. Goed appartement voor combinatie van Rome en zee.

Modern and comfortable apartment just by the coast

Beautiful, modern , comfortable and very clean. A quiet place eventhough the airport is close by. I've been able to relax and ran away from the normal routine of stress. The owner is very friendly. I will raccomand my friends this place for a quiet holidays😉

Nuovissimo rifinitissimo pulitissimo e superaccessoriato, tanti pregi, nessun difetto, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e l abbiamo scelto per le nostre vacanze più di una volta e sicuramente ci torneremo. A due passi da Roma e dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino. Per quanto riguarda il mare, si può raggiungere anche la spiaggia a piedi. Comodo anche per fare la spesa dal momento che raggiungibile a piedi c' e un alimentari ben fornito ma anche un grande supermercato a 5 min di macchina. La proprietaria molto accogliente e sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza.

più di una volta e sicuramente ci torneremo. A due passi da Roma e dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino. Per quanto riguarda il mare, si può raggiungere anche la spiaggia a piedi. We stayed for two weeks at Villa Marina Apartments in august from Denmark. The apartment was really clean and comfortable. We had a warm welcome from the owner who helped us to plan the perfect vacation. We combined between relaxing moments on the beach especially for our kids with the visit to many cultural attractions that Rome can offer. A really good experience. Highly recommended.

Geweldig appartement op mooie locatie!

Samen met mijn kinderen twee geweldige weken doorgebracht in dit mooie nieuwe huis met appartementen met een ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaresse. Het huis staat in het rustige plaatsje. Ons appartement was mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien (en was zoals omgeschreven op deze site). Het huis staat dicht bij zee en in een omgeving waar het rustig is. Als je Rome wilt bezoeken en toch wilt genieten van de rust aan zee is dit zeker een aanrader! Pizzeria en ijssalon om de hoek zijn zeker aan te raden. Op de stranden kun je bij verschillende clubs ligbedden en parasols huren (tegen redelijke prijzen). Als ik ooit nog eens naar Rome wil ga ik zeker terug naar dit mooi huis!

Appartamento bellissimo, nuovo confortevole e silenziosissimo, praticamente in riva al mare. Estremamente pratico e dotato di ogni comfort, vicinissimo anche al supermercato. Ideale per vacanza e relax. I proprietari inoltre si sono distinti per il calore umano e la infinita disponibilita'.
