Patti & Steve own this wonderful property they plan to retire in one day. It is in an exclusive enclave of Porpoise Point. Working professionals currently they visit monthly and want to share this cozy home with you as you visit St Augustine

This low maintenance and functional beach home is easy access to beach, restaurants and shops on Vilano Island. Nice back patio/deck with fire pit, chairs, palm trees & beautiful night sky full of stars. You’ll feel an ocean breeze often & listen to the waves.
