Luxury cottage, big terrace, marvelous view

The house is a fantastic 140 m² stone house, the ideal base for discovering the cultural beauties of Vicenza, Verona, Venice, Lake Garda or to recharge your batteries in complete privacy.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, an entrance room with a elegant eating table, a living room with a comfortable bedsofa, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
From 1 to 7 people can stay comfortable in the house.

The romantic private garden (completly fenced) and sunny terrace are an ideal place for relaxing, sunbathing or dining with friends.
The house is located on a hill surrounded by a medieval old village with a castle on top. From all the windows you can enjoy a wonderful view over vineyards, olive trees and the beautiful valleys.
Nearby, there are all the shops you need to make your stay perfect. We recommend our favorite restaurants, small factory sales and attractions in the area. Above the house, about 5 minutes away, is a beautiful oak forest for walking or mountain biking. There is also a very challenging golf course.

Vicenza and its surroundings are economically very active and dynamic. Combined with the old historic buildings, this gives a very nice blend of tradition and modernity. There are many very tasty restaurants, wineries and historic places. The main roads are also easily accessible: the motorway is only 5 minutes away. The train station is 8 km away. The property is located between Verona, Vicenza, Padua and Venice.

This is a superb property in which to stay, with a fantastic terrace commanding views across the surrounding landscape. The kitchen facilities are good and there is everything needed for self-catering. I heartily recommend this house for anyone seeking a quiet and restful vacation. I would happily return again in the future.

Beautiful large house on a hilltop. Comfortable, fairly clean. Initially there was no TV but the owner brought one the next day. It was very hot during our stay so luckily there was airco which kept the temperature in the living room some degrees lower. Good location between Verona, Venice (by train!) and near Vicenza and Padua.

Beautiful place, Beautiful views!

We stayed here on the last leg of our 2 week Italian Honeymoon. It was so relaxing and just what we needed after the excitement of spending time in Venice and Florence! The view out the bedroom window blew me away every morning, and you can see the sunset from there in the evening! It was the perfect place to recharge before heading back to real life,

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

Located in a tiny hamlet on a plateau above the small town of Brendola, the house was very peaceful. The view from the terrace of the valley below and the Alps to the north was really nice. It was a bit chilly when we were there, but this would be a wonderful spot for dinner cooked on the provided grill, or for a drink. The location fit our needs very well, but if you like to be where the action is, and walk to nearby bars and shops, this is probably not the house for you. The house was very clean and well equipped, and the interiors were decorated in a crisp, modern style, exactly as shown in the pictures on the listing. One thing to be aware of is that some of the stairs had partial or no railings, so it might not be a good choice for people with mobility problems or small children. Sandra was very helpful, promptly answering our questions and offering advice about local places to visit. If we are ever in this area again, we would certainly stay here.

De woning was zeer goed gelegen: op een rustige locatie, toch dicht bij de autosnelweg om van hieruit uitstappen te maken. Ook waren er enkele supermarkten op korte rijafstand aanwezig. Het zicht vanop het terras was zeer mooi. Het huis is erg ruim. De netheid kon nog iets beter: oppervlakkig leek de woning schoon, maar wanneer je iets verder keek, zag je toch dat er voor de netheid iets meer aandacht mocht zijn.De airco beneden en op de tweepersoonskamer deed heel goed dienst. Op de grote slaapkamer bleef het erg warm. Vanuit het bed op deze kamer heb je een prachtig uitzicht.Twee badkamers zijn zeer handig. Er waren voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. De wasmachine is ook een pluspunt.Jammer was dat in de advertentie sprake was van een smart-tv, terwijl er bij aankomst geen tv aanwezig bleek. Voor de kinderen was dit een minpunt.De woonkamer mocht iets gezelliger ingericht worden. Deze ruimte was wel lekker koel.Het contact met de eigenaar verliep heel vlot.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sehr ruhige Lage, Tolle Terrasse mit Ausblick in die weite Landschaft. Stilvoll renoviertes altes Haus. Einziges Manko: es gibt keine richtigen Weingläser. Ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. Vornehmer Grill, den wir nicht benutzt haben.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Haus. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, der sich auch wohl gefühlt hat und der eingezäunte Garten war prima für ihn. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll und hatte an Silvester einen besonderen Reiz. Der Kontakt mit Sandra war unkompliziert, sie reagierte auch immer schnell und hat uns mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt. Alles bestens!!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Spätherbst. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Alles hat gut geklappt. Wir könnten wegen des guten Wetters auch auf der großen Terrasse sitzen. Der Blick in die Ebene ist toll!

Fantastisch. Das Haus ist so liebevoll gestaltet. Einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Ausblick von der Terrasse einfach nur schön. Die Sonnenuntergänge hinreissend. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Wir durften in einem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus mit einer herrlichen Terrasse wohnen. Von dort aus hatten wir eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Umland. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch der Stellplatz direkt am Haus.Herzlichen Dank an unsere freundlichen Vermieter – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Super! Wir konnten uns in dem kleinen Dorf und dem schönen Haus prima erholen. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit einem Traumblick. Eingezäunter Garten war perfekt für den Hund. WLAN etwas schwach und nicht überall im Haus verfügbar, aber man ist ja im Urlaub ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Von Anfang bis Ende perfekt.

Bereits bei der Ankunft waren wir von dem sehr schönen Haus begeistert. Die Lage mit dem Blick, die Ruhe und die sehr schöne Umgebung mit einem guten Restaurant in direkter Nähe rundeten unseren Aufenthalt ab. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen...

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, die Wohnung war im Winter sehr warm, toll eingerichtet, zum Kochen alles da, der Blick vom Schlafzimmerfenster ist überwältigend, nah bei Verona, Padua und Venedig, schnell in den Bergen, alles top!

When i saw the first time Vicenza i was so surprise that the center is so old and beautiful. In Italy we have so many sunny days and i love the gentle and kind nature of the italians.

We fall directly in love with this house. We have restored it lovingly to the smallest detail for 2 years. Now it has so many windows. Old stone walls stand in contrast to the open space who give the house lightness and luminosity.
