The amenities were great. The lazy river, pool, slide, restaurant/bar make this a great place for a family stay. Unfortunately the condo was mediocre at best. Could use some deep cleaning and general updates. One shower had a broken door, 2 TVs didn’t work, toliet issues just to name a few.
The condo was nice, clean and roomy. However, there are no dressers to store your clothes, the balcony door was difficult to open and close, and the electric stove was difficult to operate as the temperature/burner settings had been worn off.
The layout and space was adequate for our crew of 13. The overall cleanliness of the condo was fair at best. The couches were stained, the kitchen table chairs had loose hardware, sand on the couches and floor, some sort of splatter on the bathroom walls, and dust everywhere.
The condo was nice, but the elevators were extremely busy, often taking up to 15 minutes to catch one. Additionally, the patio door frame was bent at the bottom, making it very difficult to open and close.
The location and facility are great. Very close to the water. Just be ready for a wait at the elevators. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. However some things to keep in mind…The lighting was minimal in the living/dining/kitchen area. The bunk beds and pull-out couch are better suited for kids, adults found the mattresses a bit uncomfortable. There are some signs of wear and tear, but everything was functional. The selection of kitchen ware and a 2nd ice maker was appreciated. Overall it was the right choice for us but maybe not the best for very fussy people.

Great location but could improve with repairs and stocking
This property has adequate space and bathrooms for our large group. The location was great. We enjoyed access to the pools and beach. However, the property had many damaged items (lamps, tables) that were stuffed in closets and there was a leak through the light fixture in the ceiling that overflowed a bucket several days during our stay. We did not get a response from property management when we reported it but only building security and maintenance. As stated in check-in directions and many other reviews, we had to bring many basic supplies that weren't provided. We would have preferred 3 parking spaces for a property listed for 14 people.

Overall we had a great time. The rooms and kitchen were spacious. Our little one however, was black on his knees and feet from crawling on the floor the first afternoon we were there. So I’m not sure the last time it was actually mopped. There was no patio table on the balcony. Some may be ok with that. I usually like eating a meal outside on the balcony. That couldn’t happen. But not a deal breaker. The lazy river was nice. But it felt crammed into a small space compared to the Phoenix west. Not sure we will be back to the oasis when the Phoenix west is right down the beach

Not impressed
The condo was not well taken care of, there was broken frames with tape, broken signs in the bathroom broken chair on the balcony. The master bed squeaked when you moved and refrigerator went out and we lost a lot of food and had to eat out which is a big deal for a family of ten
It was a nice area. Only problem we had was with the ice maker bring really loud. We reached out to management they said to turn it off and they would send someone fix it but never did. They sent someone who put a fan in the hallway. Not sure why but no one ever returned.
The property is in a great location, that was one of the best features. I came from the Western states not realizing I would have to pack half my house to stay at this property. Maybe I should have read the property description better. If you stay here, make sure to bring your beach towels, kitchen pans (they were terrible!!!), cooking utensils and extra blankets. Also pack your shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper & paper towels if you plan to even stay here. They supply the bare minimum. Also make sure to bring your beach stuff too! The resort has minimal tubes for the lazy river and the elevators were always so terribly busy. For the price I paid per night, we should have stayed at the Ritz Carlton. At least the beds and pillows were comfortable and the beachfront location and view were above average.
This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay while in Orange beach. And the view, well it speaks for itself. Was super easy to find and get checked in. The condo it self was very nice. Comfortable and plenty of room for us all to spread out. Beds were cozy and bathrooms enough for everyone! If I had to pick one thing to make a suggestion about, I would just suggest putting sliders or something on feet of the dinning room chairs, so they didn't scrape, or be loud on the floor as much. (Sorry for the people below us!) Having secure parking was a nice feature, including the carts available for taking all of your luggage and groceries to your floor. That was a HUGE Plus! The outside pool and lazy river were not heated, and a little brisk this time of year, but the kiddos didn't mind. The indoor pool and hot tubs were great! Everything in the condo worked as it should. Had plenty of dishes, pots, pans and glasses to use for the stay as well. We would for sure stay here again!
Location to beach as well as restaurants, etc. was super.
The property was very used and we were disappointed with cleanliness. I understand rental beach property is difficult to keep pristine but many things were not in proper working condition and kitchen items were not the cleanest. Large amounts of dust and left behind items from prior visitors were found under beds and couches. One recliner was broken and the other recliner was not in good mechanical condition. Ceiling fan in one bedroom was off balance and rattled to a bothersome level. Every room was dark as lighting was extremely dim or light bulbs missing. I set down in a patio chair to find out it was totally broken but remained on the patio for use. One of the dining room table chairs had an unstable arm, just several annoying things needing repair. I'm sure the condo was very nice when it was in pristine condition but I can't say that we found it that way. But we made do and had a nice time. The grandkids enjoyed the lazy river and slide, even though it was cool. The Oasis Cafe on site was a great addition for convenience of food.
I really wanted to love this place. However, the condo really was not clean. I had to clean as best I could as soon as we arrived We found a dirty bathing suit behind the TV table in one of the rooms. The floors were disgusting. Screen door on the balcony was messed up. We barely had a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. If I owned a condo that gets rented to other people, I would want them to be set up enough to actually clean my condo while they are there. So silly. This place could be better if you ensured whatever cleaning service you used actually cleaned the property. Provide a vacuum and mop bucket so people can clean during the stay. The couches really need to be replaced or at least cleaned. This unit is also for families so I don’t understand why there are no board games or anything. This place could be great.
Overall it was a great stay! The kitchen utensils are very minimal, 1-2 cooking spoons is about it! The balcony door was almost impossible to open/close. We reported it to maintenance twice but it was never resolved unfortunately. One of the queen beds had a broken bed frame, so the mattress was bowed in the middle. Also, the day of departure , housekeeping walks into the unit, UNANNOUNCED, 55 minutes before check out time. They didn’t speak English, and I had to translate to let them know we still had almost an hour before check out! However, despite the minor inconveniences, it was a great trip!
This property is beautiful and roomy with nice views of the beach from the balcony. Pay attention to floor levels! This one’s on the 25th floor!
There were, however, a few issues:
Microwave door handle was broken.
Hot tub was inoperable in the master bath.
Towel holder on the master bath wall was broken.
Ice maker made loud noises. We turned it off, because we were afraid to use it.
Several lights were out.
Televisions were difficult to operate and the batteries in the remotes were low.
These were all pretty minor issues, but for the cost of the stay, I would’ve expected better quality and attention to detail.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would rent again, though.
