About this property

Chattanooga *Brand New Carriage Home*

Welcome to Chattanooga Eclectic Cove!

We are a small family living in St Elmo's newest community. The carriage house is specially designed for private side access and parking accommodations.
We built our St Elmo home in 2017 and greatly desired to be an AirBnB host. We want to share our Chattanooga experience with people all over the world. We painstakingly designed every inch to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

After staying in many Airbnb ourselves, we quickly learned that, as guests, we needed safety and cleanliness. We have stayed in various Airbnb’s and our experiences have been all over the place. Some great and some not so great. So, we promised each other that when we had our Airbnb (a goal realized) we would provide a place, that we ourselves, would stay. We highly value cleanliness and want to provide you a place where you feel comfortable to kick back and relax.

We purchased items that we would want at our home. Some items and conveniences include:
- Brand new King Bed
- High threat count bedding
- Blackout curtains
- Beats Pill speaker
- Dyeson vacuum
- High speed internet (250MBps)
- Flat screen TV in living room wall
- Eco friendly bath, laundry and kitchen soaps, etc
- Hair dryer

- Essentials you may forget such as toothbrush, toothpaste, sponge, etc.
- Soft and firm pillows (depending on guest preference)

- Organic bamboo pillows
- Samsung top load washer and front load dryer

- 2 bikes available upon request (his and hers)
- Restaurants, Coffee shops, yoga, groceries and brewery within walking distance (4 minute walk)
- 5 minute drive to surrounding hiking areas

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:

1) Sleeping: The apartment has a full king size bed in the bedroom and a queen inflatable mattress is available on request.

2) Entrance has high stairs
3) Smoke Free House and Premises

Awesome home and amazing hosts!

This is a beautiful modern home on a quiet street walking distance to great restaurants and fun in the St. Elmo district. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and made this one of my favorite weekends in Chattanooga. I asked where they got their mattresses from it was such a comfortable sleep. Will definitely try to rent this home first the next time we come back!

Amazing property, they have a future on HGTV they sure know how to decorate and were amazing hosts!!

The only thing we didn't like was the parking spot. It is a tad difficult to maneuver in an out. Other than that we will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Couple's Getaway

The space was perfect for two people and was super close to everything we did. Checking in and checking out was easy. I liked that they menus from local places. We did try some of them. Would for sure recommend them to anyone and hope to make another visit there again.

Can't say enough good things about this property! - the communication and check-in and check-out process with Daniel and Hiryana was seamless. - the home is spotless and appointed with everything you could need for your stay...and more. - the location is perfect, right at the base of Lookout Mountain for hiking and attractions, restaurants nearby, and close proximity to downtown Chattanooga. Even have one of the Chattanooga Bike stations within a couple of minutes walk. We loved Chattanooga and hope to be back and we will look no further that this gem!

The pictures don’t do it justice!!! The pictures are beautiful but when we got there...wow!!!! We loved it. It was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was comfortable. We were rained in one day but it was perfect for us. Everything was amazing!!!! Would recommend this place x100!!!!

Adorable and comfortable

This place was lovely for our honeymoon - the bedroom is a romantic dream and the place is even better in person! We highly recommend this stay. We cooked here on Christmas since most places were closed and the home had all of the kitchen supplies we needed to make our meal. As Laura S. mentions in their review, there are a few small things that are not deal breakers, but worth noting: - Parking is tight and on an odd incline. - There are no curtains in the living room and, especially with neighbors across the way, it would be nice to have curtains for privacy. - The WiFi is a little bit spotty. My husband was able to have a long video call without issue though! Additionally, the homeowners do request that you do not eat or drink in the bedroom (which makes sense because of all of the white linens). So if you plan to spend a lot of time in (which you might with the pandemic), the couch and the bar stools are not the most comfortable options for extended periods of time. All of this said, we still give this place a 5/5 and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Chattanooga!

Beautiful property, everything clean & new. Bed is on a low platform so might not be great for older folks with bad knees, luckily we just got all of ours replaced. Location was great for everything we wanted to do.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and close to everything. We only had one issue (WiFi) and we had a response very quickly. Things to note (that weren’t the end of the world but feel worth mentioning): - parking is tight and at an angle - no curtains in the living area, so no privacy in the main room - WiFi drops connection in the evening and isn’t strong enough to hold some zoom meetings. I ended up using my hotspot for work.
