Ground floor includes main entrance to the house, large, well appointed kitchen, large, spacious living room with fireplace and door leading to the garden, toilet, extra chat room.
Upper floor includes 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen bed, one with 3 single beds, 30m2 Hallway with sofa and balcony window overlooking garden and fields. Full Bathroom also located on upper floor.
Basement level includes utilities and storage rooms
There is a barbeque area located in the garden.
Property located 1/4 mile (about 450 meters from Supermarket and bus stop to and from Branas, Karlstad, Torsby, Hagfors, Syssleback, and points beyond
