Come create lasting memories of the Olympic Coast at Gone Coastal. This 2-bed 1-bath single-level duplex is the perfect getaway for those looking to explore the Olympic Peninsula! We feature an ideal location just east of the City of Forks, close to beaches, with WiFi, washer and dryer, & two smart TVs! Our aim is to provide everything you’ll need to create a home away from home!
Spend your days discovering the natural beauty of the area before heading back to Gone Coastal. With over 900 sq ft, you’ll have plenty of room to move about without losing that quaint, cozy atmosphere when its time to cuddle up on the couch next to the wood fireplace. The duplex shares the garage and pantry/kitchen wall so there are less noise concerns while sleeping soundly on the other end of the house. It is located on a family-friendly loop community and just a short walk away is an idyllic trail that borders Elk Creek.
Prepare family meals in the full kitchen or grill outside on the gas BBQ (propane tank level not monitored so let us know if it is getting low) and sit down for dinner at the large dining table with space for 4. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances including a drip coffee pot and electric kettle. When it's time to turn in, you've got two bedrooms to choose from, each with king beds. Closets have shelving and hangers. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo. In the garage (which is also used for owner storage) you will find a washing machine and dryer.
We try and stock the house with all the basics including bedding, towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toilet paper, hair dryer, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, Ziplocs, garbage bags, Folgers coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, hot cocoa, and oatmeal. The house also has some games, children toys, and a pack n play.
You will be renting the whole left side of duplex and yard (no fence so no delineation with other side of duplex). Interior garage access for washer and dryer only, the owner uses rest of space for storage.
Limited cell phone coverage at the house, but wireless Internet is provided (turn on wifi calling). We are happy to have Starlink Satellite Internet with speeds up to 150 mbps.
This is a pet-free, smoke-free home.

Property was clean, well equipped with all the essentials, especially in the kitchen, and still cozy. This was a great jumping off point to explore Olympic National Park - and then sit by a cozy fire in the evening.
We enjoyed the kitchen amenities, the comfortable beds, the television options, and the quietness of the area. We would have liked reading lamps on end tables at the couch ends. Would stay again.
The house was in a quiet neighborhood, easily accessible and centrally located to travel to all areas of Olympic National Park. The home was well stocked, comfortable, and clean. Ravae communicated well before, during and after our stay. Plus, the fresh eggs were delicious. We would definitely return.
This house was perfect for us as a place to come home to after exploring various parts of the Olympic Peninsula. The location in Forks was convenient, the house was clean and well stocked with essential amenities, and the host was excellent. We would definitely consider staying here again and have recommended the house to friends.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full meal, the couch fit all four of us comfortably, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. We couldn't have found a better spot to spend a night in Forks during our road trip.
Great space in nature. Several nice touches including a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, etc.
Owner made communication a breeze.
Would stay again.

This was our landing spot to tour area attractions so comfortable and clean was just what we were looking for. Making the arrangements, getting in and closing up we’re simple and uncomplicated.
The location of this home is perfect for exploring ONP, especially the beaches & Hoh Rainforest. Ravae was great a communicator and provided lots of information.
We really liked the location of the home. It is perfect if you want to cover the Olympic National Park as Forks is sort of in the middle. The house itself was in a peaceful community with all the basic amenities included. We loved our stay here.
The house was very conveniently located if you want to spend time in Olympic National Park. The house was exceptionally clean and had all the extra little touches that make a stay special. Ravae even left fresh eggs in the refrigerator for us to use. I would highly recommend staying here if you would like to explore the national park.
