Located approximately 700m from a supermarket, 400m from the shopping centre and about 1000m from the sailing school.



Apartment of approximately 40m², on ground floor with terrace mainly facing South and beautiful sea view:

Living area with sofa bed for 2 people, television, large bay window opening onto terrace with view of the residence park and sea view.

Recessed kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave.

Bathroom: shower/bath, washbasin on furniture, WC.

1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), wardrobe.



Electric heating.

1 Parking space



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €350 to be paid on site

Charges: charges included from mid-May to early October, electricity on meter reading outside this period

Tourist tax: to be paid on site

No pets allowed

Linen not provided: possibility of rental at extra cost

End of stay cleaning to be done yourself or additional flat rate.

Emplacement parking très étroit Le logement aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, meuble avec odeur d’humidité, petit frigo pour 4 et pas de rangement dans la cuisine pour ranger sa nourriture Sinon l’emplacement parfait, à 2 pas de la plage L’agence a été à notre écoute et à remédier à notre problème

Améliorer certaines choses .

Un plateau de bienvenue serait sympa (après plusieurs kilomètres j'aurais vraiment apprécier de boire un verre d'eau fraîche). Réparer la chasse d'eau, nettoyer les rideaux ☹️, jetter la chaise de salon de jardin cassée toujours présente. Ceci dit l'emplacement de l'appartement est très agréable à proximité de tout😍.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Carnac, le logement est très agréable et très bien situé, juste la route à traverser pour aller à la plage et proche commerces, bars, restos ......

location sympa avec vue sur océan

Location très bien située avec vue sur l'océan , belle télévision , matériel de cuisine complet , s'il faut que je trouve un défaut : l'étroitesse de la chambre ( contorsion pour atteindre le couchage)
