This is an immaculate 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom beach front condo at Tidewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. This is the largest of the two bedroom floor plans offered at Tidewater . This unit is located on the 22nd floor. The condo features a large kitchen and living area with beautiful beach views and access to a generous beach front balcony. Wake up In the morning with a spectacular view of the beautiful Gulf of America from your huge master bedroom. Condo sleeps eight comfortably with double full beds and a sleeper sofa. Tidewater Beach Resort offers one of the best locations in town with close proximity to Pier Park Shopping Development, Frank Brown Park and the Panama City Beach International Airport (ECP)! Amenities including 2 outdoor gulf front pools, 1 indoor heated pool, game rooms, 1 restaurant, a convenience store, a huge beach front fitness center, movie theater, 4 hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, conference room, covered parking, a computer lounge, and a game room.
There is a $54.04 resort fee you will pay directly to the resort at www.tidewaterhoa.com or at your arrival at their front desk located on the 2nd floor.

** You must be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rule. Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in.

The view was incredible. From the balcony, the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable.We were out most of the day but was very good to come back to a good clean cool room on a hot day.

This is our second stay at this condo. I could solely rent this condo every beach trip and be fully satisfied. It is spacious, beautiful, and clean. It has everything you need and the property is fantastic. 10/10 experience and I expected nothing less because our last stay was equally as magical.

Overall, the condo was clean. The pools were nice. Excellent view of the beach. TV did not work properly in the guest rm. Kitchen sink water did not get cold. There were no wash cloths nor any hand clothes.

When we arrived to the condo, it was a wonderful realization that it was even better than the pictures! We loved how open, bright and spacious everything was and so beautifully decorated! Having beach chairs and an umbrella to take down to the beach was fabulous and the kitchen had everything you would need! Our host was the best too!

This condo is exactly as pictured. The host was very clear and detailed with all communication. The view from the condo was beautiful, being on the 22nd floor makes it seem as though you’re surrounded by water. There are multiple pools indoor and outdoor, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, gym, theatre, game rooms and more. All of this on the building property of the condo. Our family of 5 had an awesome trip! We will be back again!

The pictures are accurate. The communication w/Michely was excellent. The view was wonderful. The sound of the waves was very relaxing. U lived having morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony. The kitchen is well supplied. The whole place was very clean and well kept. The Master bedroom stayed warm, it was far from the A/C unit, There was a ceiling fan but I bought a small one to sit on the end table to move the air better while sleeping. To be fair that bedroom also gets direct sun most of the day-and the window treatments do help. The bed is super comfortable. All in all a wonderful stay especially since the weather really co-operated. I enjoyed the condo very much and plan to be back! Thank you Michely!

This condo was not able to sleep 8 people like it promised in the description,the couches were very outdated and the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable and unstable,we paid approximately 450 per night and for that price the condo should of have been in a much better condition it was overall outdated and needed some renovations,the good thing was that it was spacious it had a great view the air conditioning worked the mattresses were comfortable it was clean and the host was very easy to reach

Great/ Convenient condo

Great stay

Had a great time. This was our 3rd trip to PCB and by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. Most of the staff were friendly and if we had any complaints it would be that the elevators were terrible, especially around the check in/ check out times.
