Cute little house near city center of Livingston. My parents grew up in Livingston 1940s to 1960ish so was super fun for them to be back in their old stomping grounds, around the corner from where they were married. The house was nice, comfortable. The kitchen is tight, but very functional. We ended up not using the two twin beds as it would have been cramped downstairs with four adults. Would have wired in an absolute pinch, but opted to put 3rd couple in hotel. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, in the few instances that we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

This house was wonderful! It had everything we needed to make our stay pleasurable. The neighborhood was very quiet with tree-lined sidewalks, great for early morning walks. We will stay here again on our next trip to Livingston.

Great house, but hot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was there for a night when it got up to the high nineties and couldn’t sleep that night, due to no A/C. My fault for not reading the fine print on the house. Other than that, house was great:clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the location. Staff was very accommodating. Only suggestion (other than a portable a/c unit for those hot nights) is to provide a laundry basket, for carrying clothes upstairs. Happy overall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a charming cottage, very clean with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also great and walkable to downtown Livingston restaurants. The host makes sure you have everything needed including treats for my dog.

Great location and home!

We had a great time at this home. Great neighborhood and close to everything. The grill was awesome! We like to cook, and we found the kitchen could use a few more items but we still did great! Highly recommend!

Fishing House

Great location in Livingstone within walking distance of the Yellowstone River. Also easy access to I-90 and Highway 89 to access any fishing spot in the area. The house is well maintained and very comfortable.
