Renovated country house, enjoying an exceptional location (close to all shops) with a private parking space (not fenced - 30 meters away). Individual, enclosed garden.
1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed, 1 bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
Equipment: 1 fridge-freezer, 1 ceramic hob, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 sofa, 1 TV, 1 fireplace (decorative only), 1 washing machine, and 1 garden furniture.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided.
Location: approximately 150 m from the main beach, shops and market.

Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
