Located in the village of Rognes, 20 kilometers north of Aix-en-Provence, our contemporary house of 140 m2 can accommodate 6 people.

On the ground floor, the fully fitted kitchen opens onto a dining room and a cozy living room. Direct access to an outdoor terrace with a table, unobstructed view of the garden. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. An independent toilet in the entrance.

The master bedroom with dressing room and private bathroom (1 basin, 1 shower) offers a large comfortable bed (200 * 200). Direct access to the garden.

Upstairs, 2 cozy bedrooms overlooking the garden each offer 2 beds 90 * 200. An independent WC. A separate bathroom (1 basin, 1 bath).

Garden 3000 m2 with trees and landscaping. For children: Trampoline, ping-pong table, badminton net, swing.

Lagoon pool with wooden deck and deckchairs. Pool towels provided.

Linens (sheets and bath towels) as well as linen (towels, tablecloths) are provided.

The villa is located in a residential area 2 kilometers from the center of the village, in which you will find 2 excellent bakeries, 1 organic butcher, 1 press tobacco, 1 coffee shop bio, 1 bar PMU, 1 pharmacy, 1 medical center, 1 supermarket , 1 scoop, 1 restaurant, 1 snack bar, hairdressing and beauty salons. Provencal market on Wednesday morning.

Rognes is ideally located between Aix-en-Provence, the Luberon and the Alpilles. It is a great starting point to discover the region.

Little Gem

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at the villa! The village is really cute, we were closed to everything we needed (tennis courts, horse riding, fresh market). With the 2 kids under 12y we didn’t have to worry about how to keep them busy since the kids equipments were perfect!! Communication was easy as well as check in and check out!!

Très belle maison

Notre séjour à Rognes a été magnifique grâce à cette merveilleuse maison. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, c est super bien situé, très lumineux, spacieux, aménagé. Nous recommandons à 100%. Le seul point négatif indépendant de l'hôte ce sont les moustiques. Mille mercis à Gaëlle pour sa confiance.

Cette maison est vraiment fabuleuse et les prestations sont à la hauteur du lieu. Le parc est top et la piscine , certes atypique mais exceptionnelle.Stéphanie qui nous a accueillis est tout à fait charmante et très à l’écoute et chaleureuse. Séjour inoubliable et de très haute qualité.

Wunderbare Ferien

Ein rundum wundervolles Haus mit herrlichem Garten und schönem Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr ruhig, trotzdem nah am Ort. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Ausflüge, auch zum Meer braucht man nur 50 Min. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich.

Belle maison moderne entre Aix en Provence et Salon de Provence

Grande maison moderne avec de belles prestations. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et possède des jeux pour divertir toute la famille : ping pong , trampoline, filet de badminton. Une piscine agréable complète parfaitement le tout. Les 2 villages où se trouvent toutes les commodités sont à 5 minutes en voiture. Les hôtes sont très accueillants Je recommande pour une découverte de la Provence !

Un havre de calme

La maison est au calme au fond d’une impasse. Elle dispose de tout le confort nécessaire mais elle est surtout agrémentée d’un beau jardin bien entretenu et d’une piscine non conventionnelle de par son design et ses coins détente. Un bien bel endroit pour des vacances reposantes. Je note également l’excellent accueil réservée par les propriétaires.

Maison magnifique et agréable au milieu de la verdure

Vacances très agréables dans un environnement de qualité et une maison très propre, très bien équipée. La piscine est aussi très originale par sa forme et bien équipée de transats. Gaëlle et Marc sont des propriétaires très accueillants. Si vous voulez vous reposer et profiter d'un village très actif (Rognes) cette location est faite pour vous.
