A perfect waterside setting.

We loved staying so close to the water and the local beaches, with only a short walk to the restaurants and the shop. Situated in a woodland garden beside the main house, the cottage was beautifully appointed and comfortable. We will definitely come again.

Great Penty on the water with views of Benodet

VERY well located and fairly new renovation. Everything you need for cooking, cost living room, good shower (small but ample hoit water etc), private parking in a quiet spot just a few hundred meters from the restaurants in Ste Marine and 5 minutes to Benodet (20 to Quimper). Would definitely recommend. Minuses...at 6' 4" you tend to bang you head in breton houses, it was worth it!

A rare gem on the mouth of the Odet

Highly recommendable for small groups who seek serenity, quietness and beauty. The charming gardener house has provided an oasis of tranquility to us. Situated in a lovely park, directly on the river Odet it snuggles into the landscape fit for ferries, creatures and humans. If you look to relax and let your soul dangle, come here, you won’t be disappointed.

Great location

We spent a happy 2 weeks in this property. The owners don’t speak any English but were warmly welcoming. The cottage is more spacious than it appears on the website & is very comfortable with a great location (10min stroll to shops/restaurants & fabulous waterfront estuary view). The tiny shower room is very dated but the shower itself is very good. The kitchen is well equipped. We hadn’t expected to be charged for bed linen & towels on our departure & that was a shame.

A perfect location for a beach holiday. The view is superb. We stayed for one week as a family of four. The direct access to the water was perfect for fishing, paddleboarding and kayaking. Lots of outdoor space to store our things. The 2 beaches nearby were perfect for relaxing and swimming. The house is set in the grounds of a beautiful property. The host and owners are all very friendly. What is not clear in the English description of the property is sheets and towels are NOT included. You can chose to pay on arrival or as we did, supply your own. The children's beds are VERY small and the double bed hard. Doorways are low so beware. A wonderful place to spend a week.

Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum. Für uns ist es das schönste Haus in der Bretagne und wir haben im Laufe der letzten Jahrzehnte einige Häuser in der Bretagne bewohnt.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Man wohnt hier in einem "Schlosspark" und das direkt am Wasser.Gerne auch nochmal zum dritten Mal.

Um zu dem Fischerhaus zu gelangen, läuft man durch einen großen Park, ähnlich einem Zauberwald. Hier kann man auch das Auto abstellen.Das Haus hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre und hat alles was man braucht. Der Schlafraum unter dem Dach ist ausreichend. Die Toilette mit Bad und Dusche ist eng, aber gleich um die Ecke. Die Duschkabinentür ist hoffentlich repariert, war aber noch zu schließen.Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist wirklich schön. Atemberaubend wird inflationär gebraucht, die Aussicht hier aber ist wirklich einmalig schön.Der Weg zu den Restaurants ist nicht weit. Die Lokale sind gut. Die Muscheln im Quest waren ausgezeichnet.Zur anderen Seite des Odets ist Benodet für wenige Euro schnell erreicht.Die Gastgeber waren nett und wohnten auf dem Anwesen gegenüber im Herrenhaus. Eigenartig war lediglich die Abfallbeseitigung. Die Beutel mussten zur zentralen Deponie am großen Parkplatz gebracht werden.Es war trotz wechselndem Wetter ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit u.a. schönen Spaziergängen an der Küste.Wiederholung nicht ausgeschlossen.

Tolle Lage, Strände zu Fuß zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Wunderschöner Garten mit Blick auf die Flussmündung. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Direkt am Wasser, absolut ruhig und privat in einem grossen Garten. Das Haus der Vermieter steht zwar nah dran, dennoch ist alles so gebaut und eingerichtet, dass das höchste Mass an Privatheit gewahrt wird.Wenn es Schwachpunkte gibt, dann ist es die Tatsache, dass vieles ein wenig improvisiert scheint. Das Bad ist wirklich sehr klein und eng, die Küche zwar im Grunde gut ausgestattet, aber nur zwei Kochplatten (neben Backofen und Mikrowelle) machen normales Kochen schon schwer. man muss sich entscheiden: Topf oder Pfanne. Beides hat nebeneinander nicht Platz.Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Un séjour très agréable sur tous les points : une météo clémente, une vue magnifique de notre location et un très bon accueil. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette proximité directe avec la mer qui offre un spectacle vivant très reposant. Nous envisageons d'y revenir.

Ein bezaubernder Ort in einzigartiger Lage

Das Häuschen ist äußerst charmant, die Lage in einem parkartigen Garten direkt am Wasser sehr genial für alle Menschen die gerne beim Frühstück oder am Abend den Booten zusehen. Sehr persönlich und familiär, auch geeignet für Tage mit Schlechtwetterphasen. Einzig das Badezimmer war sehr knapp bemessen, ansonsten alles top.
