THE SPACE
4 bedrooms 3 Bathrooms, new home with fenced yard, less than 1/2 mile to beach or village. Bedroom on the main level with a queen bed and access to hall bath from bedroom. There is a separate den with TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped for your vacation retreat and has an eat area that seats 8. Relax on the covered porch with ceiling fan. There is also a gas barbeque grill for your use. Off the kitchen is a family room with large screen smart TV. Upstairs is the generous sized master with a king bed, french doors to covered porch and an adjoining master bath. Two additional guest rooms with queen size beds and share a hall bath with combo tub/shower. This home sleeps 8 guests comfortably.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

The house is awesome. Well stocked kitchen , cooking utensils, dish washer and very bright with under counter lights. This was the second time we booked this same house. Only sad part was we lost one of our golfing partners with heart attack a week before our stay. Our plans are to book it for our next golfing trip.

Wonderful House on St. Simons!

We were in St. Simons for a family wedding held at the King and Prince Resort. This house was conveniently located and offered all we needed. Beautiful coastal design and decor. Plenty of room for our family to stay. Lots of great extras like beach chairs, towels, etc. Will stay there again when we return to St. Simons!

Great family vacation to St.Simon’s!

This was our first visit to St. Simons Island and loved it. The home was beautiful and well maintained. We took full advantage of the beach gear and bikes there. We rented a six person golf cart, which I highly recommend. The location was super convenient to beach and pier/shopping. Wonderful trip and highly recommend the property.

Great Getaway

I want to thank the property manager for taking care of a small issue that came up the first morning we were there. Nice central location, just minutes to restaurants and shops. The house is beautiful and well equipped. We 6 adults stay for a long weekend and it was a perfect fit for us. We would definitely stay again.

Great place, roomy, very clean, relaxing.

Just a bunch of guys on a golfing trip. The four bedrooms were perfect since we have several very loud snorers. The house is beautiful inside and out. It is the perfect location for visiting the pier, light house and restaurants. Golf courses also, almost forgot. We normally stay in motels but after staying in this awesome house, no more motels for us. The host was very responsive with all of my emails.

Such a great house.

Four friends on a short great away vacation to St. Simons to bike and play bridge. This house was perfect for our visit. The location was great, we could walk to Pier Village and also start our bike rides from the house. The layout was very comfortable, we each had our own roomy bedroom and plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. The dining table was a bit large for bridge, but we managed quite well. The kitchen is great - large, clean and very well-equipped. I would happily recommend this house for your visit in St. Simons Island.

Great place for a large family

We had a wonderful stay in St Simon's Island celebrating our father's 93rd birthday. Plenty of room for 4 couples to have their own space, yet nice living room and dining room to celebrate together. Beds were comfortable and home was well equipped for cooking. The only issue we had was the dishwasher didn't work. Property manager was sending someone to fix it but we didn't have use of it for our entire stay. Other than that, no complaints.

Family Reunion Weekend

We brought our 2 sons, their wives and children (3 and 2 1/2 year old boys) to stay. Met up with my 3 sisters and their families (who stayed elsewhere) for a birthday and family reunion. We loved the fenced backyard area where the little boys could roam and play safely. The big kitchen and dining area were a plus-we comfortably hosted a dinner for 18 one night. Close to the beach and the Pier dining/shopping area, yet quiet. Only downside was we could get no hot water in the master bathroom sinks - it has a tankless on-demand system and there's probably not enough flow to activate the heater when you only turn on the sink.

Great House on SSI

House was great, walkable to village. Property managers were responsive to our needs and immediately came over when we had an issue with the TVs. We will be renting this house next time on SSI
