False advertising

I booked through a online website, when I booked the room I booked for a balcony and jacuzzi when I checked in I didn’t have neither one of them. I took my mom to Branson for her 50th birthday we did not enjoy at all an they didn’t place us in the room that I payed for until the next day.

Nice, but no jetted tub as described

Nice to have a kitchen and the supplies available. Towels were in the bathroom, soap, lotion, small shampoo in case we forgot. Overall nice accommodations. It was very disappointing NOT to have a jetted tub as shown. That was one of the main reasons I picked this listing was for the jetted tub, but it was only a tub/shower combo. The bed was very firm with hard springs, no memory foam. . I am small and my husband is a big guy so I was constantly falling into him. The head of the bed is lower than the feet. We woke up with back aches and pains, pressure points. The remote to the main TV wouldn’t work, but the bedroom one did. The bolt lock to the main door kept sticking and it took is a while to get out the first time. We didn’t lock it again after that. It was very clean and had enough bedding and supplies. We did not use the kitchen so I do not know if all appliances worked or not. Fine for the two nights we were there.

Bad Communication

This was a great condo, and the resort was perfect. However, the “owner” of this condo did not communicate with me, nor did they answer my message asking about details for check in. All we received after payment in full was an address for the resort. When we got there, the resort check in desk had no knowledge of my reservation and the condo had to be cleaned. Evidently the “owner” never let the resort know we were coming! There was no email for the “owner” and the phone number provided on VRBO was disconnected. I was extremely frustrated but the resort manager looked at the confirmations I had received from VRBO and they honored the reservation. Everything else was great, I just hope the “owner” communicates better with future customers. Buyer beware
