The living room has two sofa beds that convert to queen beds, each one of the two rooms have their own queen bed, making it a unit that can easily accommodate up to 8 people

Comfortable and clean

Charming traditional house. Quiet neighborhood close to the bahia and not far from beaches restaurants etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

When you drive up there is not enough room to actually pull into the driveway and the garage door is locked and has no key. You walk in and the home is laid out really well. The backyard is cute and has a lemon tree. Unfortunately that is all the positive comments I can make. I understand cleaning charges are included in the bill but when I laid my black dress pants on the dresser with the non-working drawers, they got all gray from dust. The glasses were filming so I had to wash them before using. The sofa covers we're all stained and dirty there was a shoe print on one of them, and food stains on the other. I husband cleaned up the backyard but there were no extra garbage bags.

Cozy home perfect for a small family

The home was so cute and spotless. My family enjoyed having lunch the the beautiful porch. This home is approximately 5 min from the beach and downtown San Carlos. It was a wonderful first experience at a very reasonable price we decided to extended our stay an extra night.

Beautiful little two bedroom house. Extremely comfortable. Everything you need. Managed to get two weeks worth of work done in a matter of days in this incredibly relaxing environment

Love San Carlos,Casado was fantastic,spoke English, American phone number and Mexican, called me to answer questions. The house was perfect and allowed dogs. Fairly well fenced, beautiful front porch for coffee/ drinks. Would stay again. Traffic a little loud.

Nice little house, quiet neighborhood, convenient location

Nice property, convenient, clean, everything worked. Note that the laundry machine and (I believe) the back patio with gas grill, are only available for long-term rentals. The property is managed by Casago, so all arrangements, including receiving/returning keys, is done through their office (nearby).

Accessible clean home

Good location in the Bahia area. Many great beaches up or down the coast. Interior is nicely appointed and exterior is well maintained. Felt private even at a very busy intersection. Pet friendly but not for dogs that jump on couches as they are light colored. Dishwasher was greatly appreciated. Wish there was better parking. Space for only 1 car inside gate. Washing machine would have been welcomed too. For us it was great for the price point and will consider again!

San Carlos Bahai

We came from Canada via Arizona and this was our first time driving in Mexico - more about later. The house was as pictured except i think the picture is reversed. The bushes & trees were in full bloom.the inside with high ceilings was soacius with ample places to seat and eat. The kitchen was adequately equipped with plastic stuff for the children. We enjoyed our stay but the property needs some work - front veranda gate lock was difficult to.unlock for.all three adults. The garage door needs a really strong person to open & close. I Didn’t like getting charged 3% on the deposit or that if we arrived after 4pm we would be charged 20! Overal we enjoyed our stay i .San Carlos.

Poor maintenance and cleanliness

Difficult entering property. Was handed 4 keys at check in but they didn’t know what keys went to what. Kitchen dirty. AC unit dripped water on bed. Electronic security screen lock quit working. Gate to driveway fell out of brick pillar which fell apart when we tried to reinsert.

Not what we expected

House needs some TLC in several areas. Photos on the portal does not help the actual property. House has a lots of short comings, gates don’t close properly, securing house can lead to tenants locking themselves out, Need curtains on windows facing street traffic. Patio chairs are falling apart. Yard is all depilated and not taking care off. No access to garage, parking area is tight and can barely fit a car.
