This house was wonderful. We loved the community pool as well as the access to The Cove. The choice of a first floor bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents. The only complaint is the stiffness of the upstairs main bed. It was hard. Also a larger TV in the living area would have been nice. But we didn't come to watch TV. It wasn't really included in the listing but the bicycles were a pleasant surprise. We would book this again in a heartbeat.

This rental was okay overall. However, the bathroom locks in both bathrooms didn't work which was an issue. Also there was a big hole in the downstairs shower by where the water comes out. Also, there was no kindling for the fireplace which made it hard to start a fire. Lastly, we wish we had known about the hot tub on the complex property. It wasn't anywhere in the listing and we didn't realize it was there until it was too late to use it.

Better than expected

Lovely furnishings and artwork, very appropriate to the area. Firm mattresses. The best bikes we’ve seen in a Sunriver rental. No pool towels, but we did bring our own. We did a lot of eating in and appreciated the well stocked dishes and glassware. Quite a few pots and pans of good quality, but we would have appreciated a 2 quart sauce pan (most too small for making Mac and cheese so had to use the huge 8-10 qt pasta pot). Also an ice cream scoop and perhaps some storage containers for leftovers would be nice to have. Loved having ice in the freezer ready to use.
