This stunning, new-construction home is perfectly situated in the gated Edelweiss Club community at Boyne Mountain. Overlooking the first hole of the Monument Golf Course and just a short walk along a scenic path to the Alpine chairlift, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests.

From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel like you’re on the set of an HGTV show. The great room is flooded with natural light from the high ceilings and expansive windows, and features abundant seating around a gas fireplace and HD television—perfect for relaxing with family and friends.

Guys golf trip

Superb property. New, spacious, well-managed, and accessible. Ideal for large families or groups. Fire pit out back is a nice touch, although wood should be provided. Definitely recommend this place, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Great Family Friendly Ski Spot!

My husband and our two young children stayed for several nights and enjoyed the home! Great location, very close to Boyne Mountain resort. Comfortable, clean accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked. And the living room area was very cozy with the fireplace and large couch. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

Highly recommend for large groups! We had a group of 12 adults stay for the long weekend comfortably. The common areas and yard were spacious enough that we could gather as a group easily. The house was clean and communication regarding check-in instructions was timely and detailed.

Beautiful home and Location

We were very happy with this home, it was as advertised. Very clean and well kept and in a beautiful location. Close to ski area and not far from Boyne City which has numerous places to eat, shop, etc. We use VRBO quite a bit and this is one of the best properties we have stayed at. Very well stocked overall.

It was a bachelor party we had a large group the hot tub was great and we had everything we ended. Enough beds, plates, utensils, chairs inside and out etc.

Upscale Northern Retreat

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! A beautiful comfortable and well equipped home that had everything the six of us needed to enjoy our week. The beds were phenomenal! The backyard, fire pit hot tub and grill were excellent. It is a bit of a drive to anything except golf courses, but well worth it! I would definitely stay there again.

Great for a girls weekend! Property manager communicated with us, the place was super clean and gorgeous, kitchen was fully equipped, and clean up / check out process was easy. Could use a few more towels in each bathroom, but overall 5 stars and we really loved it!

It was comfortable but everything was nice and new. There was plenty of space for our group of 11 and the bunk beds were bigger and more comfortable than expected. However, we were not told if we could check in early until hours before our set check in time so it made coordinating arrivals difficult. Also, we were informed upon arrival that the dishwasher didn't work, so that made cooking with 11 people more of a process. Overall, the house was perfect for what we needed and we had a great time.

The location is great and it is beautiful, spacious, and clean; exactly as described on the listing. We had ample room for everyone to be comfortable and lots of play and lounge space for the kids. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying a bonfire and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a great location to experience the Skybridge, Boyne City farmers market and even make a day trip to the beach in Petoskey. Boyne Valley Vineyards is also close and a great stop, with ample space for kids to enjoy outside.Management handled all of our questions promptly and politely. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family in the future.

I side of the toaster doesn’t work not work. Powder bathroom door gets stuck. Garbage disposal didn’t work. No one came to repair it. A little disappointing when you pay so much!We all had a great time. Nice place with a nice location.

Perfect ski in/out location to give max flexibility to a large group (and boot dryers in garage!) We made dinner every night in the well-appointed kitchen...lots of room for people to help chop or linger over a glass of wine. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Highly recommend! We will be back!

It's beautifully decorated and is stocked with everything you need! In fact, it's the second year we have stayed here. My only negative comments: 1) the sofa is terribly uncomfortable and 2) the downstairs bedrooms/bath are really cold. If these two things could be rectified, it would definitely be a perfect rental!

Also, there was only one common space with nothing in the basement. It wasn't ski in/out. There was walking required. Not horrible, but important to note for Edelwiess.
