Located a few minutes from the historic center, the holiday apartments "LE PETIT PARC" and "L'AUTRE PETIT PARC" are part of the outbuildings of an Alsatian-style property built in the 19th century which is enclosed by a surrounding wall and has a small park of 450 m² at the back.

"LE PETIT PARC", a 53 m² duplex, completely renovated, has an independent entrance which opens directly onto the park.
It benefits from all the modern amenities to create a comfortable environment. A neat interior decoration gives it an elegant charm in the middle of a real island of greenery.

It is composed of:
- an entrance with a closet with a washing machine
- a living room with HD cable TV and channels with subscription
- a fitted kitchen with a complete equipment of household appliances and kitchen utensils
- a bathroom with walk-in shower
- a separate toilet
- 2 bedrooms with new and quality bedding, facing south with a view of the park

* WiFi, sheets and towels, as well as tourist taxes, are included in the price.
* The apartment is not suitable for children under 3 years old and pets are not accepted.

An excellent property convenient for visiting the beautiful villages around Colmar. Ives was a brilliant and considerate host. The cottage was spotlessly clean and contained everything necessary. A pleasure to be there!

FANTASTIC

We can’t say enough about how fantastic our stay was in this cottage. The cottage was immaculate and the host and his wife were most gracious and accommodating. Every need we had at the cottage was met. Much attention to detail was taken, from stocked coffee, a bottle of champagne, light and bright lighting; everything attended to and thought through here. The host also spent quite a lot of time talking to us about what to do and see in Colmar and Strassbourg. They had maps and brochures that made our choices for touring excellent. This place is highly recommended!

Ein traumhaftes Ferienquartier in einer wunderschönen Stadt

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub im Elsass braucht. Es ist komplett modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es ist verkehrsgünstig, aber ruhig und gleichzeitig sehr zentral gelegen, um die Attraktionen Colmars und Umgebung zu erleben. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Super dejligt og charmerende feriehus med en skøn lukket have. Dejlig personlig kontakt til værtsparret, som endda hentede os på banegården (og afleverede os igen) - Tak Yves 😊 Dejlig tæt på det gamle kvarter med alle særværdigheder. Vi kommer meget gerne igen -De allerbedste og varmeste anbefalinger til Yves og Isabella.

Perfekte Unterkunft an perfekter Lage

Sehr schön renovierte Unterkunft an perfekter Lage. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Vermietet von einem netten Ehepaar, dass sich alle Mühe gibt, dass wir einen tollen Aufenthalt hatten. Der Hammer war der Garten mit den alten Bäumen. Was gibt es schöneres, als nach der Radtour unter diesen Bäumen den verdienten Apèro zu geniessen.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Unterkunft liegt ideal! 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Supermarkt und zur Innenstadt. Bahnhof (1500 Meter) ist ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Auto braucht man nur für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, wirklich alles! Sehr nette Vermieter 😊

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr gut erreichbar und eignet sich sowohl zum Erkunden von Colmar zu Fuß als auch für Ausflüge in die Region Elsass. Die Wohnung selbst ist vollständig und modern eingerichtet. Zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieter runden das sehr positive Bild ab.

Saubere, zentrumsnahe Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Verliwtwrn

Man merkt einfach, dass das Haus liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet wurde. Auch merkt man dem sehr freundlichen vermietenden Ehepaar an, dass sie einfach möchten, dass man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat und sich erholt. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Unterkunft war super!

Die Vermieter Yves & Isabelle waren super nett, die Lage unschlagbar: 10 min. in die Innenstadt, 5 min zum Bäcker, 5 min zum Supermarkt. Ein toller Garten, den wir leider wegen Regen viel zu selten nutzen konnten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber, es ist wirklich an alles gedacht - von der Waschmaschine bis zum Mückenstecker. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und natürlich ist nicht nicht nur Colmar, sondern auch die Umgebung wunderschön: v.a. Eguisheim mit den 3 Egsen, Kaysersberg und Riquewihr.

Le gîte est superbe, d’une propreté impeccable. Décoré avec goût et beaucoup de soin. Il est parfaitement équipé et le jardin est très agréable. A 10 minutes de marche du centre historique . Accueil très agréable, et bouteille de bienvenue que nous avons beaucoup appréciée ! C’est une adresse que nous garderons !

Clean, updated and perfect location for Colmar

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The attached home was clean, updated and had all the items in the kitchen you would need to make your meals. The property has a garden around the perimeter that has fresh lavender , which smells wonderful when the windows are open. There are some garden “friends” that do enter in when the windows are open though. We needed to keep the windows open, since there is no air conditioning, but the rotating fans provided were well used and worked well. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great! It is within walking distance to the old city center, local bakeries and laundry mats, since there is only a washer in the home not a dryer. The grocery store is around the corner and can be walked to or a quick drive for those who have a car. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had and provided information when we arrived about the area. He was very accommodating for us since we arrived late in the evening. A wonderful place to stay that is quiet but close to the old city.

Great place

The property Was really nice - everything as on the photoes. The garden Was nice and Quiet. Great that super marked and baker Was nearby and close to the old City centre with lots of shops and restaurants. And for us it Was the perfect place to watch 2 stages of Tour de France which Was the main Reason that we came to that area. The owners were ever so helpful and nice.
