House renovated in 2016 in the Périgord style and adjoining that of the owners. You will have all the necessary comfort in order to spend pleasant moments with family or friends in complete privacy.
With a garden of 1000m2, and without vis-à-vis, the environment lends itself to tranquility and rest.
Located 15 minutes from major tourist sites, the house will bring you calm and freshness after the summer visits.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite located in the tower, a living-dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs.
The set can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
A cot and a high chair are also available.

To organize your visits or do some shopping, the car is essential.
