Small wooden house in fisherman's hut style, close to the beaches and the Cap-Ferret market, completely renovated with good taste and guaranteed comfort between the Basin and the Ocean, near the Horizon beach (supervised beach)
The house is composed of three bedrooms, a living / dining room, American kitchen, shower room, WC, two televisions, WiFi and Canal + access
Large wooden terrace with plancha, table and parasol
A second shower outside
A swimming pool of 4m by 2m will be available from May 30.

A deposit of 1500 € will be requested by check, not cashed and the check will be returned at the end of the stay.

Ménage approximatif (pas de balai. Pas d'aspirateur et pas de serpillière) Lietrie de moyenne qualité.2 chambres sur 3 quasi aveugles, fenêtres minuscules. L'une donnant sur un mur et l'autre sur un micro espace extérieur pour étendre le linge. En revanche, bon emplacement et piscine agréable.

Maison bois

Petite maison en bois, qui vous donne l’impression de vivre dans une cabane de pêcheurs. Situé entre l’océan et le débarcadère et le marché. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison / cabane de Laetitia. La maison est très bien située et la piscine est un grand plus ! Attention, 2 des chambres ont qu’une toute petite fenêtre donnant sur un mur ou mini courette et très bas de plafond. Ce logement est parfait lorsqu’on vit dehors avec du beau temps . Je recommande

Très bon séjour, excellent emplacement

Maison proche de tout en vélo et très facile d’accès depuis le débarcadère. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec la petite piscine, la plancha et le bar! Proprietaire disponible, procédures d’arrivée et de départ faciles.

Location très bien placée et très sympathique . L’océan, le bassin , le marché, les boutiques : tout est à proximité ! Et la terrasse avec la piscine très agréable !

Sehr gemütliches Haus in Top-Lage

Das Fischerhaus aus Holz ist von den Besitzern sehr liebevoll eingerichtet (es sind auch viele persönliche Dinge darin) und ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Familie braucht. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Söhnen (Teenager) dort, jede konnte ein eigenes Zimmer beziehen. Das Haus ist nicht sehr groß, bietet aber durch die clevere Nutzung jeden Winkels ausreichend Platz. Der Außenbereich, der wie ein Innenhof angelegt ist, kann nicht von anderen eingesehen werden. Er ist mit einem Pool, einer Aussendusche und einer Aussenküche (Grill) ausgestattet. Der Esstisch unter einem großen Sonnenschirm lädt zum Verweilen ein. Dieser Aussenbereich war auch für unseren Hund ideal, da komplett geschlossen. Die Lage des Hauses in Cap Ferret in einem Wohngebiet ist recht zentral. Der weitläufige Atlantikstrand, die Bucht von Arcachon und das geschäftige Ortszentrum sind jeweils in 10-15 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war stets sehr nett, freundlich und unkompliziert trotz gewisser Sprachbarrieren. Bezüglich Chek-in und Check-out waren sie sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend.

Un emplacement idéal au coeur du Cap Ferret !

Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est parfaitement équipée et idéalement située. On se sent très vite comme chez soi, et la piscine est un plus !

Situation idéale pour cette petite maison, au cœur du Cap Ferret, idéal pour découvrir la presqu’île à pieds et à vélo. Maison agréable, fonctionnelle, terrasse très agréable bien aménagée avec son bar et piscine. Seul bémol : la piscine très très fraîche, non chauffée, même en plein soleil nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement...

Bon séjour

La maison est très bien située, possibilité de tout faire à vélo. La maison est petite mais ne manque de rien ... dommage qu’il y ait autant d’objets personnels des propriétaires, ça n’aide pas à se sentir chez soi. Nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour avec nos enfants.

SURF ET OCÉAN

La maison est très bien située à 100 mètres de la plage de l'Horizon et des écoles de surf. A 2 minutes à vélo du marché et du bassin. Beaucoup de jeunes de ce côté donc assez bruyant la nuit pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger. Maison très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, plancha et petite piscine sont un must. A conseiller donc!

Super Lage! Tolle Außenküche, guter Preis

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der kleine Pool war perfekt. Wir waren dort mit unseren zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern, damit war das kleine Haus gut belegt. Markt und Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Perfekt! Gerne wieder.
