lovely quiet place in the countryside

we had a nice reception by Annie and Thierry. the appt was well utilised. very calm surroundings, beautiful sound of the church clock by the hour. every night the frogs at the pont gave a free concert. Aubenas (nice museum), Rochecolombe (12th century) and Balazuc (swimming in the Ardeche) are close by to visit.

Un hébergement au calme avec une très joli panorama. Très bien équipé et plein de petites attentions bien agréables quand on débarque pour quelques jours (savons, gel douche, condiments de base ou encore eaux et jus de fruit, etc...). Des hôtes discrets, sympathiques et à l'écoute.

Annie und Thierry sind ein sehr freundliches und zurückhaltendes Paar. Der Check in war unkompliziert, die beiden haben uns am Dorfplatz abgeholt, das Haus gezeigt und wo wir unsere Autos abstellen konnten. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet und sehr sauber! In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Ventilatoren, die wir bei der großen Hitze gut gebrauchen konnten.Im Garten ist ein großer Esstisch, Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und auch die Ruhe die der Ort ausstrahlt, hat uns super gefallen.Was man wissen muss: Das Haus ist nur über einige Stufen zu erreichen und das w-lan im Haus ist nicht wirklich gut.Wer die Einfachheit und die Ruhe liebt ist hier gut aufgehoben! Nicht zu vergessen, der kleine Hofladen im Dorf, wo man super Obst und Gemüse kaufen. Zudem ist Joannas ein authentisches und freundliches Dorf. Nicht den kleinen Markt (Fete) am Samstag verpassen!

Ruhe, Authentizät und Idylle

Das Haus passt perfekt in die Umgebung, es liegt sehr ruhig an einem kleinen See. Man lebt in einer Natur-Idylle! Die Vermieter sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.Das kleine Dorf Joannas hat sehr viel Charme, wir fühlten uns schnell heimisch und akzeptiert. Menschen, die Ruhe und Natur lieben, werden sich im Dorf sehr wohlfühlen.Danke an Thierry und Annie!!

Heel rustige locatie

Frans huis op rustige locatie met mooi uitzicht. Huis in heel klein dorp zonder winkel voorzieningen(geen bakker), winkels op 25 min. afstand. Huis is bij hoge temp. 35 gr overdag niet prettig slapen, kleine raampjes voor ontluchting op de slaapkamers en de ventilators zijn niet genoeg(geen airco dus) om aangenaam te slapen. Tevens kan er in de vijver die op de foto staat niet gezwommen worden, zwemmen kan op 30 minuten afstand, dus net als bij de winkels in de auto stappen. Koken op gas en oven niet prettig als het al warm is in het huis.
