Bedroom 3 (Ground floor): 140 cm double bed, direct access to the pool. Separated toilet.
Games room (Lower level): 160 cm double sofa bed, en-suite shower room/WC.

This spacious layout comfortably accommodates a large family and friends, with all the main bedrooms featuring their own bathroom or shower room. Built on a 1,500 m² plot with wooden terraces, the house offers many outdoor spaces. The private pool can be heated upon request from the end of May.

You will enjoy a fully equipped summer kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, and pizza oven. The property offers parking for 3 cars. The village, its shops, and restaurants are only 1,500 m away. Tennis courts are available just 3 km away.
