The fully equipped kitchen features elegant granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, offering everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Enjoy both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig, along with a toaster, microwave, blender, and a full assortment of cookware and kitchen essentials. The dining table comfortably seats four, perfect for relaxed breakfasts before the beach or intimate evening meals.

The inviting living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass wall and glass door to step into the private balcony. Enjoy a flat-screen TV with cable, a comfortable sofa, two plush chairs — an ideal space to unwind after a day on the sand.

Wake up to breathtaking, unobstructed sunrises through floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a sliding glass door in the master suite. Step directly onto your private balcony for a front-row seat to the ocean while sipping your morning coffee, relaxing with a glass of wine or falling asleep to a peaceful moon light. Inside, enjoy the luxury en suite with a comfortable king bed, flat screen tv with cable, walk-in closet, separate shower, and a beautiful free-standing tub with dual granite sinks.

In addition to the spacious primary suite, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed bonus room featuring a comfortable full-size bed and nightstand — ideal for additional guests or children. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway for added comfort and privacy.

To enhance your beach experience, two complimentary beach chairs are provided for guests March through October — a value of $50+ per day — allowing you to relax in style on the sugar-white sand without the extra expense.

Guests of Aqua Resort enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a heated indoor pool, two stunning beachfront pools, a relaxing hot tub, and a rejuvenating steam room. The poolside café serves cocktails with daily drink specials, and a seasonal kids’ program makes this an ideal destination for families as well as couples seeking a luxury Gulf Coast escape.

All AQUA guests must be pre-registered to receive a Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles which is required by the Aqua Condo Resort and COA. The $50 fee is in addition to the rental.

Once you’ve booked your reservation you’ll receive an email with rental instructions and details to get your parking pass(es).

AQUA is convenient to Hwy 79 and I-10. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is an approx 15 min drive from the condo.
