Beautiful 2 Bedroom Upstairs Apartment Located Just One and a Half Block from the Beach, Main Boardwalk and Water Park Fun! Convenience stores and restaurants a block away. 2 full beds + 1 Queen + full sofa bed! 4 Seasonal BEACH BADGES INCLUDED. Bus stop steps away to Toms River Park&Ride, which connects to NYC.
The main bedroom has a new Queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The large living room has a full sofa-bed and another sofa. Amenities include central air, WiFi, cable, washer/dryer, coffee maker, grill. Exclusive use of newly finished rooftop fiber-glass deck (650 sq feet) with grill and tables for you to enjoy nice barbecue, or relax in the evening light. Parking Onsite. Linens and Towels are provided, but if you prefer, bring your own. COME MAKE A LIFETIME OF MEMORIES!!
Max trip length is 3 weeks. No smoking, No pets. Copy of driver license is required, minimum age 24. No third party booking please. Kids traveling with staying parents are welcome. Non-family groups need to be over 24 for all members. Copy of driver license is required upon request. Ring video doorbell on first floor on front yard as required by the city.

Clean, quiet, and convenient. The roof patio was the best part! Stars and some quiet people watching. The boys 11 and 14 were more than thrilled about the easy access to everything.
