This is such a wonderful place to stay. So homey and peaceful. We were looking for a quiet retreat and we got it. The home is well equipped, the grounds show all the love and attention that have been put into the property. So much more than the listing description. Very close to the beautiful beaches and other attractions in the area.
This place is an oasis. Not only is the property very large, approximately 1 acre, but the decorations are so entertaining. The place was very, very clean and well stocked. Communication with Martha was excellent. My dogs absolutely loved it here, there were some serious zoomies going on around the big property. Even though it’s a bit of a drive to anything, it’s really worth it if you want a place to completely decompress. I’ll definitely be back.
The cabin is extremely clean and the attention to detail is beautifully done. It's very comfortable and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Yard is very big.
We were happy with our stay. The yard was spacious and we enjoyed all of the antiques and decorations. Home was spacious and beds were comfortable. Host was very accommodating. Kitchen well supplied.
I had a great getaway in this cozy home. Situated in a small quiet town with beautiful rolling hills as a backdrop, this is the perfect place to get away from busy city life or to use as a hub to Paso Robles and neighboring areas. Has a cool game room with activities and a large backyard. Definitely recommend.
Great host. Beautiful, comfortable, unique, and more. Our two pups love the yard. We have peaceful morning coffee listening the all kind of birds. We will be back. Love Bradley house!
This prooerty is nothing short of amaing with rich history. We truly felt at home and didn't want to leave. It has everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable. True serenity!!! Thank you Chris and Martha for on of the best vacations we've had in a long time.
highly recommend!
Our group stayed on the property for the whole weekend - plenty of games and fun things to do on the property itself. Walking around town is quiet and beautiful. No restaurants or shopping, but given that we wanted a “getaway cabin” vibe, this place was perfect for our needs. Kitchen is well stocked. This listing truly feels like a home.
We were interested in something a little different on our recent wine trip to Paso Robles. This little town is about 25 minutes north on 101 and world apart. Lots of quirky but interesting decor especially outside. It would be a great place for kids especially with a merry go round in the back yard and so much space to run around. Inside was homey and comfortable. The service from the host was superb. We will definitely be back.
The Bradley House was exactly what we needed. We were looking for a getaway that accommodated for our pup and this just exceeded our expectations. There is so much to do on the property for everyone. Our pup enjoyed the enormous yard while our daughter loved the merry go round and not to mention the game room! We built a fire and made s’mores too! Not to mention all the historical information that’s provided, very fun! If you’re looking for something more remote, look no further. We all enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back!
We had an awesome time at this wonderful home and Property in Bradley CA. This property is historic. It used to be an old gas station way back in the day. The property is beautifully landscaped and has so many trinkets and antiques throughout. The great host/hosts spent a considerable amount of time decorating and making sure it was a perfect place for people to visit and enjoy. Our pups loved the yard and had so much room to run and wrestle around. We throughly loved our stay and are most definitely will be staying again. Also, Martha was an extremely responsive and accommodating host. One for the books! Thank you for sharing your awesome and unique home! We loved it!
I wasn't sure what to expect before our stay, but I ended up blown away by Martha (the owner) and the property. The house is on the original lot of the town of Bradley's historic gas station depot, and it is in impeccable shape. Martha and her husband have clearly put in a lot of work to update the home (powerful air conditioning, nice hot shower, new laundry unit) but have been able to maintain its charm (there are trinkets and good condition antique surprises around the property).
Martha also made sure that we had everything my family and I needed. The kitchen had all the essentials and Martha even left us marshmellos and chocolate to make s'mores in the firepit.
Bradley is a very small town (understatement), but it is a short drive on the highway into paso robles and even shorter into san miguel. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone considering a visit to the area.
Wow, what a gem! Very quiet and tranquil, yet an easy drive into town. Loved the shade trees. The grounds are so interesting, unique in every sense of the word. If you're on the fence about staying here, just do it.
My nephew and I stayed overnight and loved the remoteness, the quiet, and uniqueness of the property. We played dominoes, darts, horseshoe...a total chill. Great way to have quality time with people you care about.
Very cool property worked out great for us to spend the day in Paso and come home in the evening to the property. Lots of space for us and the dogs to hang out in the yard and game room.
Martha is a great host.
This property was perfect for our family! great for the dog to run, our daughter it was more than happy playing with all the fun activities and games that were provided. Loved the yard
This is an easy return for a remote stay outside of wine country:) for two couples it was perfect with a lot of fun things even just in the yard and game room to do, while playing music for the yard out of the juke box stereo! Lil bit of a drive to get back down town but worth it for the recovery feel when you’ve been out all day🍻
