At 50 meters from the sea facing dune (small side sea view) for rent pleasant small apartment ground floor with garden (direct access beach) with 1 bedroom with bed 140 an entrance with 2 bunk beds 90 a living room with sofa bed 140, bathroom with toilet, kitchenette with 2 induction plates.
WIFI, TV, microwave grill, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, iron, barbecue, fishing equipment on foot.
Residence with swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15), tennis court (2 rackets and balls available), petanque.
Near all shops, markets 2 times a week.
Cleaning charged to the tenant.
For rentals in winter, heating will be the responsibility of the tenant, with meter reading entering and leaving with the owner.
Linens not provided.
Accepted animals.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nice stay, very good appartment

All necessay equipement available, including dishwasher and washing machine. Close to the beach (100,), unfortunately we had the ground floor, no view on the sea, but we had a garden. Damgan was a nice place, small but nice.

Excellent séjour dans cette petite locatioin en ayant vu l'annonce vraiment pas déçu. C'est exactement à ce que l'on s'attendait, un appartement très sympathique, très propre, bien que nous n'ayons jamais déjeuner ou dîner sur place, il y a vraiment tous le nécessaire pour faire la cuisine il ne manque rien. (Peut-être un fer à repasser) Pour nous pas de problème nous avons toujours un fer de voyage. Le lit est extrêmement confortable. Le jardin a beaucoup plu à notre petite chienne. la mer se trouve à 50 m. Bref, nous avons passé une semaine extrêmement agréable . Merci et à bientôt quand nous passons à nouveau dans la région.

Hôte très sympathique. Logement très bien équipé et super bien décoré. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la localisation près des plages. Un seul bémol, le canapé car nous avons tous les deux des problèmes de dos il ne nous a pas semblé confortable. Sinon, bravo on a vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Appartement très bien situé à côté de l océan, bien fonctionnel et le petit jardinet bien appréciable.Le centre de Damgan est à 15 mn à pied, pas besoin de voiture, tout ce fait à pied même les balades.Nous recommandons fortement.Cathy et Geoffrey très sympas.

Séjour parfait. Logement conforme à la description. Place de parking juste en face de l'appartement. Jardinet parfait. Environ 100 m de la plage. Et piscine très appréciable pendant cette canicule. Cathy est très à l'écoute.Que dire de plus ?Parfait !

Emplacement géographique très bien

hébergement trop petit, manque d'armoires de rangement, chambre de lilliputien confort en dessous de l'annonce. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce type de logement. Deux personnes maximum et non quatre. Grande déception.

Vous êtes bien la première personne après de nombreuses années de location a émettre une telle appréciation. Les indications sont pourtant bien claires dans la description de l annonce. Appartement de 32 M2. Lit 140x. Recommandé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Il est totalement fonctionnel avec son équipement complet. Quant au prix je suis loin des tarifs honereux pratiqués dans la region. Que l appartement ne vous plaise pas : soit. Mais merci de ne pas saper le standing de mon appartement. Je précise qu avant vous, tous mes locataires sont ravis de leur vacances chez moi. Une note de 4.8/5 le démontre. Votre appréciation est a l image de la propreté laissée derrière vous dans les WC et frigo, que mon assistante a dû nettoyer a votre place : je dirais très sale. (Photos disponibles)

emplacement agréable

Séjour agréable, l'appartement est bien situé avec un parking en face. L'hôte accepte notre petit chien et nous sommes accueillis à l'arrivée. La mer est en face et vous êtes près de la ville pour les restaurants et commerces, tout est accessible à pied. Locations de vélo pour aller faire les visites à 2 pas. Découverte du golfe du Morbihan

Excellent accueil, de la part de Catherine, la confiance se crée dés le premier contact. Le logement en rez de jardin est parfait pour profiter des journées ensoleillées. Propre, très fonctionnel Rien ne manque ! même les paniers pour la pêche à pied. Idéalement placé, on peut tout faire à pied. Les plages du golfe sont à proximité. Quant à la région quelle jolie découverte, la Bretagne ça vous gagne ! les petits villages bretons et les maisonnettes blanches aux volets bleus sont juste magnifiques dans le décor breton. De belles et grandes balades le long de la plage, le calme de la période hors vacances scolaires, nous avons largement apprécié notre séjour. Je recommande à 100%. Bonne saison à Catherine et Patricia. Au plaisir de revenir Les gens du Nord
