This is a great little cottage. It is in a great location, close to the beaches, downtown Charleston and mount pleasant. The hos David answered any question we had and was very good with keeping us informed with any updates with any services on the property. I give this cozy little Cottage a 10 out of 10

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! Our kids especially loved sleeping in the loft area. The hosts thought of everything- very well stocked and communication throughout the process was great. The cottage was clean and well maintained. So glad to be close to Folly Beach. When we return to Charleston we will definitely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

The "Cozy Cottage" was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Charleston. Located just outside of town, it provided us with a quiet and clean place to retire after a full day of sight seeing.
