AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Amazing Stay and Beautiful View

I highly recommend staying in this gorgeous unit. It's within walking distance of everything, quiet, and has everything you need inside. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The views are amazing! Very spacious. The corner edges of coffee table are a big hazard, one of the sliding glass doors wouldn’t open, and the spare sink and shower stopped up the end of the week. The master bath toilet seat was not clean. Also, the pillows in the master bedroom need to be replaced and with “king size” pillows.

The perfect spot

The location of this property is excellent. Had a view and easy access to the beach as well as a view of the city and marina from our two balconies. It was a perfect spot for our family!

1st time Hawaii

Very clean, and well stocked. Incredible views. Loved the location. Was nice to walk in with lights on and Hawaiisn music playing. Defintely will be back.

The best view in Waikiki

The place was spacious for all of our party, the apartment was very clean and the furniture was comfortable and very clean. But the view is the best you have the marina and the beach view. Breathtaking view in the morning and the most beautiful sunset in the evening. Very close to the whole Waikiki strip but yet very private and quite. I can’t wait to go back to paradise and stay here.

Great unit, beautiful view!!

The unit was great, perfect for our family with 2 kids and an aging grand parent. The view from every window was fantastic and the management was very responsive (their office is in the building). The ilikai is great because there is everything in site: a convenient store, an ice cream shop, restaurants and an amazing surf shop for gear rental. The location is also great with the Hilton pond nearby. The beach in front is a bit rocky but a great spot to snokel and surf. Didn't feel as crowded as the rest of Waikiki. We had a great time!

The views & sunsets are amazing

Amazing views of marina & pond/lake from 2 balconies. Great location. 9th Floor. Comfortable furniture. Beautiful rooftop restaurant. Chairs + umbrella in condo. Couldn't use onsite workout room. Asked property mgr for rags & glass cleaner as there are several glass top tables in unit. Got the rags.

Incredible views in a large, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, updated unit at the Ilikai with extraordinary views. Each room has access to a balcony and incredible views to the ocean or the harbor/sunset. The unit has been updated and was very comfortable. Check in was very easy and organized. There was a minor issue with the living room air conditioning that was dripping water and maintenance came by within 10 minutes of us notifying them to address it. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, etc. and there is a laundry room next to the elevator. As the listing mentions, there is just a starter set of soap & shampoo, and a pod of dishwashing detergent enough for a single load. For people planning to stay more than 1 day, you should plan to purchase dishwasher detergent (hard to find within walking distance). Other than that, a lovely stay.

Great condo, but needs deep cleaning

The condo has its perks: great view, great location and spacious for our family. It is a bit old which I don’t have a problem with since it’s a temporary stay/ not a hotel. Biggest issue I had was that they clearly did not clean the place or cleaned it well, ie found dried blood in the bed sheets, dead insects on the floor, hair in the shower etc. I was absolutely disgusted, esp during the pandemic times.

Would not recommend

We rented this condo for a 10 day stay over the holidays. The location was great with great views, but the condo needs serious updating and cleaning. There was mold in the showers, stains on the couch, and the dresser in the second bedroom looks like it was bought at a yard sale. There was no air conditioning in the second bedroom. The Wifi was horrendous; could barely load a webpage. When I checked the download speed, most of the time it was less than 1mbps. Went down to the office downstairs to let the management company know the Monday after we arrived, and was told to use the 5G connection. Went upstairs and found out that we did not have 5G connection/WiFi available for this condo. Called back downstairs and was informed that someone would come up to fix the issue that day. Don’t know if anyone came up, but the issue was not fixed. Since the following two days were Holidays, Christmas Eve/ Christmas day, went down again Thursday to notify the management office. Was informed that someone would be up that day to fix the issue. Since I had a virus, I stayed in the condo that entire day. No one came up, and the issue was never fixed. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Suoer Nice view ib an badly outdated unit

Nice view as advertised, you are in the tip of Waikiki and close to amenities such as bus station, ABC stores and other attractions but.... The apartment needs badly a renovation, appliances, bathrooms and maybe a fresh paint. When we entered for the first time in the unit everything seems clean and nice but a few minutes bare foot and our opinion had changed (all turned black on our feet). Coffee maker had still leftover coffee in the filter, cups were not washed just placed back on the shelve The starter kit is actually a Spartan one... barely minimum, no beach amenities ( only 2 chairs, one damaged, and one float but no beach towels). the view compensates but a little more cleanliness would do.

Great Family Friendly getaway

The property is great. On line photos does not due justice to the beautiful view. The entire crew at Marina Hawaii Vacations was responsive and attentive. The only possible negative comments were that it was a bit unseasonably hot and the hallways were very warm and elevator lines were long most mornings during check out times. Also the main pool was closed for two days for some type of maintenance. But, come on, it's Hawaii and the beautiful beach was steps away. If I could change one thing it would be access to the fitness facility for the guest. It sat empty on a daily basis when I checked and we would have liked to use it. We will be sure to request this same room on a future stay.
