Different property than listed
Unfortunately I can't review this specific property because we didn't stay there. The host did not inform us until our arrival that there was an issue with this property. While they had an alternate property (what they called superior) it was not a 2 bedroom like we booked, it had no hot water or internet. I contacted the host at 11pm hoping to have an answer about the water and internet but didn't hear anything until 3:30 pm at which time we had already packed up and were leaving. We had work to do and needed internet access (hot spot would not work in the building) and we were traveling with young children and need at the very least warm water for bathing. We had to buy toilet paper and trash bags for our one night stay and it looked almost as if someone was staying at the house and just recently washed their dishes from dinner. Had we actually been notified about the change in location and gotten a response about water and internet it could have been a fine stay. As a fellow VRBO host I can not imagine not responding to a guest after 17 hours when there were issues like this.
