Beautiful, recently renovated 2 bedrooms, two bath oceanfront condo in beautiful Sea Grove Beach Florida. Conveniently located on prestigious 30-A away from the crowded beaches in Destin and Panama City. This condo features new 2 recently installed king-size beds and is absolutely perfect for couples. It also has an extended covered balcony with an outdoor couch, bouncy chair and rocking chair as well as a ceiling fan!! Designer decorated and full kitchen. You will have access to the oceanfront swimming pool as well as a state of the art modern workout facility. Great restaurants, golfing, and many attractions are close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a packed beach but normal for July. The condo was perfect for what we needed! Great location as well. We were able to walk or ride a bike to eat and shop.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous and super clean when we arrived. It had a comfy couch and chair all 4 of us could enjoy while watching movies on the big screen TV. The beds were actually comfortable compared to any other beds we've ever stated in these were the best. The owners checked in on us, gave us local food and fun recommendations, and were easy to contact. This was our 2nd time staying at this resort but this unit is by far the most comfortable and luxurious we have ever stayed in in the 10 years we've been doing our annual girls trips. We would definitely book this unit again when we come back to Seagrove!

Room, host, balcony and beach view were all excellent. Elevator was convenient and ample parking. Being nick picky the entrance to bathroom was tight in Master bedroom and not crazy about raised stones in showers. The big picture is we enjoyed the room and worth a return. Again, the host were quick to respond to any message or phone call which is very important during a stay! Thanks again to our Hosts!

I love the unit. Great location - it is close to a lot of things that you could walk to or it was a short drive. Great view of the ocean and the balcony had an extra addition as well that somebody could relax on an outside couch and view the water. Great unit. Also the owner was very helpful and responsive. Great experience. Highly recommend!!

The condo was amazing! Balcony view is incredible and the decor is costal gorgeous! My sister and I felt right at home with our own bedrooms and bathrooms with comfy beds. Perfect for our sister getaway weekend! Richard checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect.

The location of this condo is perfect. We were able to walk to Goatfeathers for fresh seafood and Angelina’s for a great pizza. The unit was clean with a phenomenal view of the beach. Communication was prompt and the whole experience was easy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful unit with “feel good” touches. It did not feel like a rental unit at all, it felt like home. The owners were very easy to work with and extremely communicative. Upon checking in, they reached out to make sure everything was OK. The unit was clean, extremely well maintained, and the kitchen stocked with all the necessities. The only thing we wished the unit had was an information binder of tips and suggestions of restaurants, happy hours, places or sites to see, advice when navigating the area (parking), etc. We would definitely stay again! Oh, forgot to mention the AMAZING balcony! We enjoyed spending our time out there!

Lovely condo, recently remodeled, within easy walking/driving distance to shopping, restaurants, and sites. Not to mention right on the beach with a fantastic view. Would definitely stay here again!

We live in Atlanta and often go to our piece of heaven. We have made sure it is just not a rental but a true home. Best towels and bedding. Everyone misses our beds when they return home. We have a large TV in all rooms for movie nights. I am a founding Angel for a large rescue called Angels Among Us. You will see original art of our dogs on the walls.

Why they chose this property

It has amazing ocean front views. You can cook and see the ocean. You wake up to the view and sounds of the sea. The balcony has great chairs and an extra covered room with a couch, rocking chair, and bouncy chair.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is in perfect shape and has all the comforts of home.
Due to One Seagrove Place policies, at least one of the renters needs to be at least 25 years old.
