TRAILHEAD LODGES 223 (Buiding 2, 2nd Floor, Unit 223)
A few booking stipulations for ski season 24/25:
-MLK weekend is a minimum of 4 night stay (either 1/16/25-1/20/25 OR 1/17/25-1/21/25)
-President's Day weekend is a minimum of 4 night stay (either 2/13/25-2/17/25 OR 2/14/25-2/18/25)
LOCATION: Trailhead Lodge 223 is located steps from downtown Winter Park. This location, one block off Main Street, puts your crew within walking distance to many of Winter Park's best restaurants, shops, ski rentals, etc. Trailhead Lodges complex is located next to the Rendezvoux Event Center, which transforms into a free sledding hill during ski season (sleds provided for the kids). The Rendezvous Event Center area also features a playground for the kids, skate park, fire pits, restrooms, etc... just a cool place to hang out and all less than a block from Sleigh Belz front door. Lyft bus stops are conveniently located nearby to take you to the base of the mountain, Mary Jane base, Fraser, or Tabernash. Despite being so close to downtown, once inside the unit, you can escape from the hustle and bustle and you truly feel like you are in the mountains.
INTERIOR: The condo features 2 full bedrooms and a bunk room. The master bedroom features a private bathroom and NEW furniture complete with a pillowtop King bed. The 2nd bedroom also has NEW furniture complete with NEW King memory foam mattress. There is also a bunk room with 4 additional twin beds configured in a log cabin style quad bunk, which provides cute, cozy sleeping quarters for the children in your party. The spacious kitchen allows for your family to cook in the unit. A full dining table as well as a countertop dining area provides plenty of space for gathering for a meal. The roomy living room features a gas fireplace with stone surround and plenty of comfortable furniture for your family. This condo has recently been outfitted with more than 40 hooks so you can keep ski equipment organized and dry. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit in case anything needs to be laundered during your stay. Boot warmer, drying racks, games... we have covered all the details!
VIEW: The condo is located on the back side of the complex offering a view of the Winter Park ski runs. Sit out on the large covered private patio and enjoy the view! Step out the back and enjoy the snow covered trails.
AMENITIES: Renting this unit also provides your party with access to the Trailhead Lodges clubhouse which features the year-round heated pool, hot tub, grilling area, covered patio, exercise room, common living room, common kitchen, and game room. These amenities make this property very unique and are hard to come by in Winter Park. Within the unit, we have provided all the little extras within the unit that make your stay more enjoyable: drying racks, boot trays, luggage racks, boot/glove dryer, etc. You will also have access to the unit's ski locker located steps out side the front door.
PET FREE: We love dogs and we love that Winter Park is such a dog friendly city. However, we understand that not everyone travels with pets, not everyone appreciates the "gifts" that other people's pets have left behind (hair, scent, stains, etc), and some people have sensitivity/allergies to pet hair and dander. Sleigh Belz is a PET FREE condo, which is a hidden gem in Winter Park, so we can guarantee our guests are stepping into an exceptionally clean unit- free of pet dander and hair. Unlike other units that are listed as Pet Free but are still frequented by pets, our Ring doorbell system monitors entry/exit, so we can guarantee no pets are "secretly" staying in the unit

We are the Belz Family- a family of 4 from St. Louis, MO. "Sleigh Belz" condo at the Trailhead Lodges is our second rental adventure. Several years ago, we decided to purchase a 2nd home in Navarre, FL (currently listed on VRBO under the name "Southern Belz" #1225401). We jumped into the rental game head first and have enjoyed every minute of self managing our rental. Since our family also loves the mountains and regularly skis the Winter Park area, we decided to purchase a mountain get-a-way and, again, share our home with renters year round. We are dedicated to the constant improvement of our rentals... every trip we make to our units includes a project list and full deep clean so we ensure our returning guests continually see improvements to our homes away from home.
Why they chose this property
Before purchasing this unit, we stayed in Winter Park over the course of several years and looked at properties all the way from the base to downtown to Fraser and Grandby. We found that being in downtown at the Trailhead Lodges was the perfect spot as the units are spacious, they offer a great view, and the complex has unbeatable amenities.
