Renovated fisherman's house located in the quiet village and 200 m from the port of Loguivy of the sea.
Coastal trails and beaches at 300 m. Shops on foot.
House with 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. Upstairs, a kitchen overlooking a terrace with barbecue and a spacious and bright dining room. Another toilet on this floor.

Maison agréable et bien située

Loguivy est un charmant village, avec un bar très sympathique à deux pas de la maison. Un poissonnier a 50m permet de prendre les huîtres pour l’apéro. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Nous avons fait des randonnées autour de l'abbaye de Beauport et sur l'ile de Bréhat. Bréhat à faire absolument ! Un parking est à disposition au port de Longuivy qui est à 5 mn à pied du gite Nous recommandons ce gite et remercions Arnaud et Dorothée

Très belle maison typique bretonne. Nous y avons passé un très beau séjour en famille. Tout y est. La plage est juste côté. La communication avec les propriétaires est très facile et fluide.

Idyllisches Haus in bretonischem Fischerdorf

Das angebotene Haus ist wirklich geschmackvoll renoviert und überzeugt vor allem durch sein ausgebautes Dachgeschoss, dass als Küche und Wohn- bzw. Esszimmer dient. Die drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss, ebenso das Bad, welches durch einen beeindruckenden Lichtkamin vom Dach her beleuchtet wird. Allein ein Schlafzimmer ist etwas düster und die angrenzende Gastherme brummt stetig. Das Städtchen selber ist per pedes zu erkunden und ist wirklich sehr beschauchlich und fein.
