New house of 110 m2 with new equipment located in a residential area, in a quiet area, with a view of the Ile de Groix, close to the large sandy beaches, the coastal path (GR34), shops,
tennis courts (300M), nautical club (800M), children's playground (500M).

Spacious, bright and functional house:
- Fitted kitchen open to large living room,
- 3 bedrooms (6 beds 160+ bed 140 + 2 modular beds 90),
- 1 double sink bathroom with walk-in shower,
- 2 separate toilets, 1 with hand basin,

Lovely new house in a very quiet location.

Such a great location for river and beach walks without using the car. The bed was super comfy and everything clean and tidy. The weather was good but not perfect so had a lazy day in the house but so very relaxing. Apart from the little shop in the town there is a good Carrefour Contact 10 mins away and a good LeClerc 25 mins away in Quimperle. Also if you are into art, this is the place to stay.

Wir sind sehr freundlich von einer herzlichen Gastgeberin empfangen worden. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und für ein Ferienhaus klasse ausgestattet. Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine (Filter), Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine… vorhanden. Nächste Strände (Grand Sables oder Bellagenet) in ca 10 Min Laufweite. Haus liegt auf einem Hügel, Rückweg also bergauf. Schöne Spaziergänge an der Küste möglich. Le Pouldu ist ein netter kleiner Küstenort. Nächster Supermarkt in Clohars-C. (Carrefour) oder ein großer Super U in Guidel. Bäckerei im Ort vorhanden (ca 15 Min zu Fuß). Umgebung bietet viele schöne weitere Strände, Möglichkeiten zu Surf- oder Segelkursen oder Paddeltouren sowie interessante Städte/Städtchen (Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Quimper, Lorient…)

Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Le Pouldu ist ein nettes Touristenörtchen und die Region bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war exzellent und freundlich.

Schönes Ferienhaus in angenehmer Umgebung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Le Pouldu erlebt. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Die Strände sind sehr schön und leicht zugänglich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Je recommande vivement cette location pour l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des prioritaires et bien sûr pour la qualité de l’hébergement. La maison est absolument superbe, idéalement située, avec tous les confort digne d’une très belle résidence principale. Topmodernes Haus mit Meerblick

Ein sehr modernes Haus mit Top-Ausstattung und Blick auf das Meer und die Ile de Groix. Schöner großer Garten, Terrasse und Balkon. Empfehlung: Fahrrad mitnehmen, dann sind mehrere tolle Strände stressfrei erreichbar. Überhaupt ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und andere Ausflüge. Wir fahren gerne wieder hin.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war von A bis Z hervorragend. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie spricht etwas Englisch und hat sich sehr bemüht, uns alles zu erklären. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, ist in guter Qualität vorhanden: besonders die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Terassenmöbel mit Sitzpolstern, Liegenauflagen qualitativ hochwertig und in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Lage in Gehweite zum Ort und zum Strand.👍 Wir werden wiederkommen

Logement parfait au Pouldu

La maison est située au Pouldu et permet d'aller à pied à la plage des Grands Sables ou au marché. Elle est récente, très propre et très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine. Le logement est adapté pour les vacances avec des enfants avec un jardin clos. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie très confortable. Manuella est une hôte très sympathique et réactive. Nous recommandons !

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist erst drei Jahre alt. Es war alles sehr sauber und auch die Küchenausstattung war besser als in den meisten Häusern. Es liegt auf einer Anhöhe in einem Neubaugebiet, zum nächsten Strand sind es 800m und auch die anderen beiden Stränden in Le Pouldu kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Ort liegt für Ausflüge sehr geschickt (Pont Aven, Auray, Qumiperlé) und bietet auch in nächster Nähe tolle Möglichkeiten für jeden und jedes Wetter! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt.

Belle maison très bien équipée, vue mer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison au dessus de la plage. Quelques centaines de mètres à pied pour rejoindre une très belle plage de sable fin. Maison très bien équipée, très agréable, avec une jolie décoration. Espace extérieur avec tout le mobilier
