This 1 bedroom Casita is located on the best beach in Rocky Point - private, gated, and the property is secured. It has all the old Mexican charm and tilework with a great ocean view! Playa Encanto has lots of tidal changes, making it an awesome beach for seashell and sand dollar seekers. It is surrounded by an estuary full of wildlife and the best Osteria in Sonora! It is away from town, a quiet place to relax. This is an end unit condo, with a compound courtyard that is secure for your young kids or pets with direct beach access. There is a shared patio with an amazing spiral stair that goes up to the margarita deck for enjoying the fresh sea air and gorgeous Sea of Cortez sunsets! You can build a beach fire, roast s'mores and enjoy the stars and moon reflecting on the water. Take a chartered fishing trip and then BBQ on the beach or in the courtyard. It has a limited kitchen with small fridge, microwave and small propane gas stove - so not set up for entertaining more than 4. You will want to come back for another stay! Pre-approved pet's okay with fee. This is a second story property, so be ready to work those glutes!
