Très belle maison et jardin. Entièrement équipée " comme à la maison " rien ne manque au contraire. Maison refaite à neuf, mobilier, deco et literie neufs. Le barbecue couvert et la véranda ont permis de profiter de l'extérieur même par temps couvert ou pluvieux. Le petit garage m'a permis d'abriter ma remorque et les vélos. La cour et le jardin sont entièrement clos, avec portail électrique , c'est idéal pour les petits. La rue est calme, la plage et crêperie mobile à 900m. Petits commerces à 2km. Port de plaisance, criée, ostréiculteurs à moins de 10km. Belles plages de sable surveillées à proximité.
