**Wonderful duplex apartment set in a prime location, on the promenade of the bay of Tamariu, with a spectacular sea view. The perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation on the beach**!
This apartment is on the second floor of the building and is distributed over two levels:
On the first floor you will find a sunny living room with a beautiful terrace over the promenade and a fantastic sea view. Modern fully equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for two people (in the living room) and a shower room.
The second floor includes another living room, with a sofa bed for two people, and direct access to a **spectacular sunbathing terrace, with the best view over the sea and the bay of Tamariu**. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a tub.
Washing machine, dryer machine and dishwasher.

**Capacity: 4/8 people**.
