**Nice duplex apartment with a sea view, just 30 meters from the beautiful beach of Tamariu. Enjoy a fantastic vacation at the beach with your family or friends**!

On the lower floor, the apartment has a bright comfortable living room, with a sofa bed for two people, and direct access to the balcony, where you will enjoy a beautiful sea view. Next to the living room you will find a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a tub.

The upper floor includes a double bedroom, which has access to a pleasant terrace with a nice sea view, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a tub.

Juillet à Tamariu

Deux semaines de vacances dans cet appartement fonctionnel et très bien placé, à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces deTamariu. La location de la place de stationnement en été semble être indispensable afin de ne pas hésiter à se balader dans les environs qui méritent d'être découverts aussi. Pour des vacances en famille avec de jeunes enfants c'était idéal. Un petit bémol sur les équipements de l'appartement un peu sommaires et cheap mais l'essentiel est là pour profiter pleinement du séjour

Super emplacement

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille. A noter que l’agence immobilière est de qualité et très réactive lorsque nous avons des questions.

Séjour agréable

Appartement très spacieux et bien agencé. La situation est idyllique. Les points négatifs : - matelas mous - pas de parking (aucun problème pour nous en décembre mais l'été, je crains que ça ne soit pas pareil) - voisins bruyants
