A Must See!! This fully furnished Beachfront condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! This property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe. Unit has been updated with New: Stainless Steel Appliances, Flooring, Furniture, Lighting & Décor. Balcony access from living room & master suite. The master suite overlooks the beach and has a King size bed with private bath. The junior suite has 2 queen beds and guest bathroom. Also, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6-8 comfortable! Stack washer/dryer in kitchen. **Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and Occupy!** Very neat & guaranteed CLEAN! You will NOT be disappointed!
Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts. Free Access to Sports Courts and Fitness Center. Equipment Rental and 9 Hole Golf Course are additional cost.
**Resort Fee/Guest Registration of $50 is paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. Link will be provided after booking to access this Registration site. This fee covers ALL parties of the reservation which coincide with the number of people the property sleeps and includes 1 vehicle pass. 2nd Resort access vehicle pass: $30; 3rd Resort access vehicle pass: $50. Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each. RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.**
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

BEWARE!!!!

Property was NOT clean! And washer/dryer unit had to be worked on two different days. We ended up leaving a day early- my kids were over the nastiness. And DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY USE THE ARMBANDS! The staff are not policing you over them, but I was charged for two missing two days after we left. I should have complained more, but it’s supposed to be vacation. We normally only rent directly from owners at this property, lessened learned for a dirty $4000 - plus $20 bands condo company. If anyone needs the names of private owners to rent from, I can hook you up. Being a business owner and having to be treated like it was a convenience to check in the room 15 minutes earlier to offset the extra $20 they charged my card before consulting with me is not great business.

Beach vacation

Great pool, good view of the beach. Beach was awesome. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, especially if you know how to take the back streets to avoid the beach traffic. Would recommend this condo

Great location

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The beds were all comfortable, and we loved being able to watch our kidd in the pool right out the window. Everything was comfortable. Only one thing to keep in mind and I don't think it has anything to do with the hostess, but the water in the master is touchy. If you aren't careful, it will burn you. And if you have small children, I would bring a non slip mat for the tub. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Anniversary getaway

Had a great time and everything was exactly as they said it was. It was even ready early. Amazing Ocean front view and the room was very comfortable. Will definitely be back for another vacation!

Edgewater Beach Resort Tower 2 Condo

My girlfriend and I had an awesome stay! Everything was as advertised on Vrbo. The condo was nice, and the view of the Gulf was beautiful. Edgewater Beach Resort was a great place too. There were plenty of things to do, and it was in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Overall, we had fun and will definitely be back again!

Edgewater experience

We love the room and the property itself. The only complaint was it was noisy at night with people staying in the pool until midnight yelling and having loud music. We had to call security twice during our visit. The pools should close at 10:00. We plan to select this room in the furture.

It was great except could not open WiFi on iPad and this was supposed to be handicap. For space for handicap it was good but could not get out on to patio because of handicap chair. Mattress in queen bedroom needs replaced it was used do much on one side you felt like you were in a hole and going to fall out

Girls Beach Week

We had a wonderful time. Our condo was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool with a waterfall. The beds were very comfortable and we spent most of our time on the beach or on the balcony watching the stars. We ate several meals at Oceans and the food and drinks were very good. The large pool was extremely nice and the hot tub was a treat. The only thing I would change is to take all the mirrors off the living room and dining room walls. I know it makes the condo look larger but not my thing. It kept throwing me off every time I walked in the door and looked up. The condo is right on the beach which is a must for me. I have to hear and see the waves when on the balcony. Would definitely stay hear again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo!

The condo was impeccably designed. A lot of effort was taken to give a beachy feeling, but with a classic look. The master was beach side and huge. 2nd bedroom also good size. Condo had everything we needed—very comfortable, very nice.

Since the weather was not the warmest, we were happy that some of the pools were heated. We ate at Oceans, the on property restaurant—great food! This was our second stay at edge water and we still like it. We’ll be back.

What a wonderful time our...

What a wonderful time our family had! This is our favorite place to vacation! The condo and beach are beautiful. The view is amazing! ( Thank you for the big washer and dryer!! It made MY life sooo much easier! ) We will be back!!
