This is an ideal accommodation for two adults and one-two children who want to live in a peaceful setting with beautiful scenery and proximity to the beach, golf course, as well as restaurants and nightlife few kilometers. The apartment is located in the basement and has its own entrance. Its about 30 square meters is divided into living room, bedroom, kitchenette and toilet. Spacious bedroom with double bed 160 cm. Sofa bed in the living room of 120 cm.
Tenant is responsible for cleaning and use it's own linens.
