Cottage located in a body of wine-growing on the heights of Voegtlinshoffen, charming little village with a beautiful view of the whole plain of Alsace and a collection of old roses.

Separate entrance and guaranteed parking.

Ideal location on the Wine Route 5 minutes from Eguisheim "one of the most beautiful villages in France", 15 minutes from Colmar, 35 minutes from the Mulhouse basin, 45 minutes from the Route des Crêtes and never far from a good Alsatian table.

This cottage includes a bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed; a living room with two convertible sofas allowing you to relax; a fitted kitchen area and a shower room.

Ceramic hob - Microwave oven with grill, coffee maker - kettle - toaster - fridge-freezer - iron - ironing board - television - board games; laundry room (washing machine and dryer)

The price indicated is charges included (heating, electricity and water) + bed made on arrival.
